Just placed a drive thru order at 7.15pm, the girl at the counter taking thru orders definitely needs to learn how to serve customers. I would not be coming to this location ever again. Problem- I had missed the order screen, so I drove through the way and when I was there at window, I told my situation and it was a burger order, she could have asked if it’s a small order or a big one, but instead asked me to drive all the way through the drive thru route to place the order. I understand that there was a mistake on my end so I did not say anything. I drove back and asked if they spicy veggie combo, in response she said it’s not Taco Bell, obviously I know it’s KFC, so I asked her is it not KFC, she said it is. So, I asked if they don’t have a veggie burger. She said they have spicy plant based burger which is what I meant I said spicy veggie burger. It’s just common sense. Then, I proceeded to window, I made the payment, she said it’s a wait of 5 mins which I was totally fine with. I got mad when she asked if I can drive again through the drive thru route again after 5 mins, do I look like some sort of an Idiot, and do you have a separate policy that customer should serve you instead of serving them????? I did not respond anything. She then said OR you can park in the space right front of the KFC drive thru. She should have just told me to park and wait and she would bring out the order when it’s ready, but she instead wanted me to drive back again so she does not have to leave her comfort zone. My son and I had dinner last night at the KFC at 2225 Erin Mills Parkway. After we got home, I realized with a sinking feeling that my bag was missing — a bag that held everything important: cash, cards, IDs, and some truly critical personal notes.
At first, I felt a wave of hopelessness. I wasn’t even sure if I had left it at KFC, and even if I had, I doubted it would still be there. But something told me I should at least try.
When I went back, I was met by a wonderful young woman named Mehak who works there. To my amazement, she had found the bag left on the table, asked around, and when no one claimed it, she kept it safe, hoping the owner would return.
When she handed it back to me, I checked inside — not a single thing was missing. I was overwhelmed with relief and gratitude.
Mehak, you are truly a lifesaver. Your honesty, care, and kindness turned what could have been a disaster into a moment of restored faith. I want to express my heartfelt thanks — you are absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful for what you did.

Read moreDid an online order (pick up) Jan 10, 2025. (Picture of order included so they can’t say this is some bogus review) When i got there for pick up the wait time was around 20+ mins. Upon getting home, started eating and on first bite found a long thick strand of hair in the burger (picture included) totally killed everyone’s appetite. Went back to the store to ask for money back but there was no manager onsite according to the staff i spoke to (Prerna) so they took my name and number and said the manager (Jaspreet) will call me back the next day. There was never a call back hence I’m writing this review. Aside from finding hair on the food i find that the rest of the it was very oily, like dripping out of the meat.. way too much than normal. Will not go back to this kfc again. For anyone reading this review best to stay away from this store and look for another one.
