AVOID ORDERING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE - They seem to have a problem getting orders right!!
I placed an order today at 6:48 pm with Taco Bell for $ 54.22, this was for a crunch wrap supreme and 2 meals for 2 at $ 21.19 each so $42.38 The order arrived just before 7:30 pm. I immediately realized that I was missing one order of the $ 21.19 meal. When I called the store they told me that they don't do Uber Eat. I proceeded to explain myself to the gentleman who answered the phone and he hung up on me while insisting Taco Bell doesn't do Uber eat. My daughter called back and told them to check through KFC. I told him I had my receipt and was packing everything up and taking it back to their store. They then told us to come and they would make it right. When my husband and daughter arrived at the store at approximately 7:45 pm they were told that the order was from Erin Mills town Centre. Are you kidding me the order was placed at 6:48 pm and the mall closed at 6:00 pm. Shame on you!!!!!!! It's the principle that gets me. After driving around wasting gas with no resolution, I contacted Uber to refund the second order for $ 21.19.

I ordered my food on the taco bell website and came in exactly when told to come get the food. Upon arriving the floors were sticky and the place was basically empty on the inside. After a minute or two someone came and asked me "are you uber?" Which I replied no and mentioned that my order should be ready based on what the website said. Which to my surprise not only was the food not ready but they didn't even know about my orders existence. I waited and waited and waited, one of the people in the back asked me "did you order 2 steak only" which I then gave my reply that I believe it was 3 steak and he then proceeded to say "umm no it's 2 steak" SO THEN WHY DID YOU ASK IF YOU KNOW THE ANSWER?! Are you a captcha asking me a skill testing question or something?! 20 minutes later I finally had my food, 10+ items all stuffed in a single brown bag like a bunch of clowns in a clown car. Lovely experience, will definitely not go again unless I'm literally starving to death and I have to eat at the only place nearby being taco...

If thatās the case, then review the footageābecause we obviously didnāt receive them, which is why we called in the first place.
Itās frustrating to be dismissed over something so simple. No one lies about missing fast food. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept saying they would āinvestigateā but never followed up. When we called back 15 minutes later, they still insisted the food was in the bag but then finally offered to replace the quesadillas on our next visit. However, after this experience, we have no intention of returning, as we canāt trust the integrity of our food as they might tamper with it.
Itās truly disappointing to see a business refuse to take responsibility for their mistake and turn a simple issue into an argument. As you can see there are many reviews at this location about missing food especially from online orders. Make sure you check your food before driving off or avoid this location...
