If there was something less than one star, I would give that negative star to this restaurant. We saw the iftar buffet adv it didn’t say online that you need any reservation but we still called 3 pm to 4 pm to try to book one and get our seats reserved. However we went to the restaurant at 7 pm half an hour before the iftar. The owner was a Pakistani guy who yelled at us that you cannot sit here because you didn’t deserve and I told him I called you multiple time and then he told us to leave, however he just arranged two seats for us. Now it was time for the food.
THE WORST PART IS JUST STARTING.
We broke our fast at 7:25 with the dates and ruh afzah which was served at our tables. However, 10 minutes later they was still no food available. no appetisers no food at all. it felt like they were not prepared at all. finally we got appetisers which were cold, and portions were so small. four people took food and it was finished. And it took another 10 minutes to refill it. Imagine fasting all day and everyone there has to wait almost 25 minutes to just get something to eat. appetisers were cold literally too less in portion for the amount of people who are waiting for them. Motor people were looking forward for food and then finally the food arrived trust me it was not for almost 30 to 40 people in that hall. That food would only fit five people and yes again couple of people take food and it’s gone. Me and my friend stood there 10 minutes for them to refill it up so we could eat something.
The restaurant was nasty , they didn’t had enough cutlery, the glasses were not washed properly, the food tasted good but it was not enough, they were not prepared enough, but my experience was disgusting. There is not even enough cutlery to take your food from the containers. Nan and rice served cold. And they didn’t even put all the food items that were shown in the menu.
