I’m extremely disappointed with this ice cream place. We used to be regular customers and really enjoyed going there, but now everything has changed for the worse.

First of all, the quality has dropped a lot. The ice cream doesn’t taste fresh anymore, the cones are pre-made and feel stale, and honestly it’s just not worth the high prices they’re charging now.

But what makes it even worse is the terrible attitude of the staff. The girls working there are rude, unprofessional, and they act like they don’t even want to serve you. On top of that, the owner himself spoke to us in a very disrespectful and arrogant way. It’s shocking how they treat their loyal customers with so little respect.

Another thing that really bothered me is how they handle tips. If you try to leave a tip using your card, they tell you the money goes straight to the owner and not to the staff. They actually tell you to put cash in the small glass tip box instead. It just shows how unorganized and unprofessional they are — even the tips don’t go where they’re supposed to!

Good service and respectful treatment are just as important as the product, and unfortunately this place has failed in both. I would never go back again, and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers, knows how to treat people properly, and respects their staff too.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Melt n Dip. My husband and I ordered the Éclair Pyramid, something I’ve enjoyed many times before, but this time the filling tasted old and spoiled. We returned it, and the server admitted their freezer wasn’t working and offered to bring a replacement. The replacement looked exactly the same, so we didn’t even try it.

The server initially said they would refund us, but when my husband went to the counter, a man, apparently the owner or manager, got involved. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he argued at length, insisting it “couldn’t be possible,” despite the server’s own admission. I stepped in and explained that we are regular customers and simply wanted to avoid a dispute, but he continued to argue, making the entire experience unpleasant.

In the end, we told them to keep the refund, because the way we were treated was unacceptable. The manager eventually said he’d give the refund, but by then his attitude had ruined the experience.

Pathetic customer service, dismissive attitude, and no accountability for serving spoiled products. Serving food that may be unsafe is unacceptable. If we get sick from what was served, he will be fully...
