Furthermore, one of the employees, who was wearing a cap and seemed less than friendly, referred to me and my friends as "bro." I understand that a casual style of service may be tolerated by some, but it should be adapted to the customer's preferences. After all, every customer has their own expectations regarding service and staff behavior.

Moreover, regarding hygiene, I noticed a certain issue. The kitchen staff wore head coverings, which is a positive sign of hygiene. However, regrettably, I noticed that the hair from some employees' beards fell onto the food. This is a serious matter that requires immediate attention to avoid potential health issues for customers.

In summary, while the food at this restaurant was exceptionally tasty, customer service and hygiene issues need improvement. In today's highly competitive restaurant industry, customer care and their dining experience are critical to success.
