I paid cash for one of my orders and credit card on the other order but when I respectfully told the cashier who is the brother in-law of the owner instead of answering in a good way and as what a good sales person should do, answered me sarcastically saying in our Filipino language, â Nakita mo bang InI-add ko and showing me the receip in a bad way. Then I said, I am just asking but he said I am just answering but he is answering in a sarcastic way not what I expect him being in the cash register and being a sales person. If you will have a sales person or somebody in the position of cashier like this disrespectful and sarcastic person you will lose some of your customers. I rubbed it off thinking maybe they were laughing at something else or i dont know. When i went inside after about 30 mins from when i called i had a feeling that there is a new owner. There were 2 servers and one of them was kind but the other one was very very rude. And she is not ashamed of her rudeness. I get into this store since I saw their high ratings for long, but the main reason push me out is no one wearing mask even under current environments(served/chef). one guy even put his fingers into his mouth when he separate bag and box. even this I still want to give them at least one chance.
