A cozy and nice place. Seems to be full of costumers which is always s good sign. The menu is a bit pricey but what you get is worth. The customer's tables area looks clean, however the washroom is another story. Urinal was not working and leaking, a roll of paper on the sink instead of in the housing, sink and faucet didn't look cleaned for sometime. My issue with this is that there is a universal rule in the world that says -"the way the washroom is, it's the same way the kitchen is"- so you draw your own conclusions. The condiments brought along with my phơ were fresh, crispy and good proportioned. The chicken phơ was delicious, same thing for my rolls. I ordered at Vietnamese coffee and they nailed spot on. I didn't get my receipt to check it, but the $78 bill seemed to be a bit higher for two person dining. I may be wrong though. So my advice is check the prices before you order to be aware of your bill and avoid surprises. This place is known for overcharging customers and when you ask for an explanation, "the rud lady" will blame you and deny everything. This is a warning for you. In general, I left satisfied and with a smile on my face, I would have given 5 starts if not for the washroom thing that was a bit nasty. But hey, nobody is perfect. Peace!

Believe or not, the photo i posted is shrimp and chicken PAD THAI --- I ordered shrimp and chicken Pad Thai, but they gave me beef and chicken instead! The sauce was awful – it tasted like watered-down peanut butter, and there were no vegetables or eggs in it at all. I told the lady that my order was wrong, but she denied it. She kept insisting, "No, this is what you ordered." So, I asked for the menu back, and she refused again, still claiming I had ordered this. My boyfriend then stood up, took the menu himself, and we checked it together. Of course, it clearly said "shrimp and chicken," not beef and chicken. Beef and chicken combination didn’t even exist in the menu. Another lady came out from the back and admitted we were right. She said they would fix the mistake, but by then, we were too upset and offended by the rude lady to stay. We decided to leave the restaurant. The rude lady then returned with a new dish, and we told her we didn’t want to eat there anymore. She then started apologizing, but it was too late, so we left. We will never return to that restaurant. I almost had the most disgusting Pad Thai of my life. What a disappointment!

HORRIBLE!!! Small portion of a deep fried vegetable spring rolls come in a quantity of 3 which is weird... it is usually 4 as far as I know. Also thought for 3 tiny spring rolls 4.50 was a high price. They were over deep fried and look liked a cheap ones you buy in bulk. Fresh roll was horrific. Asked for no pork and that's exactly, the only thing was in it. Beef vermicelli was undercooked. Beef was chewy and noodles were under cooked as well. Seafood vermicelli were soaked in soya sauce and had few tiny not de vained shrimp which is gross and tons of cabbage. Obviously cause it's cheap ingredient. Why would they add mushroom or brocolli right? It's probably the worst Vietnamese cuisine place I have ever tried. Faaaaar from authentic. Definitely will not recommend or come back.

This was the first place I ever tried pho, around 6 years ago. So I had nothing to compare it to. To this day, despite trying numerous vietnamese restaurants, this place is yet my brothers favourite, which I feel is because it was where he first experienced pho too, and so it holds a special place for him. Currently my favourite thing to order whenever I go to a vietnamese restaurant is the grilled lemongrass chicken on vermicelli. I love it! I finally decided to re-visit Pho Do Thi after 6 years and was shocked at how much they have expanded and redecorated, from a whole in a wall to an actual decent sit-down restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken on vermicelli and the rice paper rolls. The server did not know English very well, but that wasn't a big deal, since everything we wanted we had to write down. The rice paper rolls were good. Then came my 'grilled' chicken. Immediately I could tell that the chicken was deep fried. It was extremely oily, to the point where my finger was drenched in oil with one touch. I called the server to clarify that I had ordered the GRILLED chicken. Apparently they grill the chicken and then deep fry it!??!! I returned it and asked for just plain grilled chicken. He came back 5 minutes later with a plate that looked exactly the same as the one I returned! I sat there not knowing what to do, and starving at the same time. Reluctantly I called him again trying to explain to him that it's still fried. His explanation was that the chicken is drenched in oil before grilling, so no matter what it will be oily. I gave up and decided to go to the vietnamese restaurant down the road, which made amazing grilled chicken the last time I went. My brother happily took my meal from Pho Do Thi to-go as a late night splurge. So basically I did not enjoy my experience here and have tried much better...

I went to Pho Do Thi a few days ago and it was a very confusing and disappointing experience. When I wanted to order my Food my Server didn't know the prices of the Food I wanted to order. When I would ask, her reply was "I think it is I'm not sure" then she would take a guess how much she thought it costed.

She was the only Server that day so I had to wait even longer because she was serving other Customers that were dinning in. I also asked if I added Egg to my meal would that be extra she said "No I don't think so" but once my Bill came I was charged extra. It was also disappointing because this Restaurant only accepts CASH ONLY which I found very odd.

Another thing that stood out to me was the Person in the back Cooking the Food didn't have a Mask covering his face, he kept touching his Mask but it wasn't worn properly over his Face. He also put his finger in his Mouth at one point then he went back to preparing someone's meal without washing his Hands.

When my order was finally ready nobody even told me it was mine. They placed my order on a Table and continued to serve People dinning in.

It took them 25 minutes before they told me that was my order on the Table, I had no idea it was mine because I thought it could have been an Uber eats order. By then my Food was no longer hot and when I got Home the portions of the Food wasn't worth it for the amount that I paid. On top of that the spring Rolls I ordered were extremely small, very soggy and they looked like they were heated up in a Microwave. There's other Vietnamese Restaurants in Mississauga that have better customer service and they give you better portions for...

I used to come here pre-pandemic and also before they renovated and expanded. It used to be good quality and good portion food, but their quality has gone down significantly.

The chicken and pork steak on the rice tastes over salted and lacks actual flavor. I question if they changed their entire kitchen staff or purposely changed the recipe? There did not provide any green onions on top (usually cooked in oil) and when I asked for it, the waiter told me they don't have green onions??? The egg on the rice was also very small.

The Pho is now very bland, I can almost equate it to just water and noodles. Not only did they increase their prices (which I get, every restaurant had to) but they decreased their portion size and quality.

Ambience: I am not sure why they have 10000 clocks in the restaurant, it looks like a hoard house. I can appreciate antiques and it can, if done right, make the restaurant look interesting and home-y. But in this case, it just looks out of place and weird. Some clocks are in the way when you go to the bathroom and it REALLY bothers me how it has been there for years.

I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to write this one. I used to come here as a kid, then teenager, and now I am a working professional who is devastated that one of my favorite pho restaurants has become the worst in Mississauga. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, even though it is a late night option, this restaurant has become so terrible that I'd rather go to McDonalds...
