Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

BEWARE!!! FRAUD & RACISM. This location took nearly $70 from my credit card and did not deliver my order. I was promised a refund after 10 to 12 days and yet 18 days later, I still have not received it. When I try to contact them they hang up the phone and screen my calls. When I went in person, their employees were belligerent, rude, and I overheard one make a racially derogatory comment when discussing me to another. They told me to wait for the owner and when the owner Kiran arrived, despite me not being aggressive or threatening, she called the police behind my back. I was shocked when the police arrived as I thought we were resolving the issue and the conversation was pretty calm with her. They never even asked me to leave at any point. She thought that because I’m black she could convince them that I was being violent. Thankfully, I recorded everything on video, so the police didn’t buy into their lies about me being aggressive and causing them to be fearful. The police told them that they need to give me back my money or I should take it to the civil court. Turns out when companies do this there are number of ministries you can file the complaint with. I’ll be filing with Ontario Human Rights for the racial discrimination element and also filing with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the competition bureau. Never order for delivery. Pizza and all other items costing 56 dollars was supposed to be delivered by 7:36 last night. When I tried calling the confirmation number that said if I have a problem with delivery to call you are sent to a message saying that all operators are busy with other callers for over 20 minutes. Then I get a guy that goes to say his name etc... I then say I do not care I just want my food and go to give him the number of the order that he would need and he hangs up. I go and call back another 20 minutes later I get a woman who then says she will locate my order and let me know next steps and leaves me on hold for 10 minutes till I discover by the sound of my phone that I was disconnected. It was 8:53 when I realize that my food was left at my door even though I left delivery instructions to call my home phone number upon arrival. The only reason I knew my food arrived just then is because I got a text message on my cell saying my food was dropped in a safe location. It was all cold. If you try to call the store itself it will tell you that it is not set up to take messages and you cannot get a person from the store itself. Once you pay online they do not care and have a great system of ignoring customer complaints. The drivers number that showed on my cell phone is not even hooked even though the message says that you can call it with the phone number used for placing the order and gives the last four digits of my cell...

This was probably the worst experience I have had in any eatery. I visited this little Caesar’s with my husband about a month and a half ago and there were two young guys working there. one in the front and one in the back on a Saturday night ! I should’ve known there was going to be a disaster when the few people in front of me were complaining about their 15 minute wait. We ordered and waited in our car as we had to make a call. 20 minutes later we went in to collect our food and the guy looked at us in shock as though he completely forgot about our order.he’s like just give me 5 more minutes guys so we agree and we waited.Well 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes making our wait for a bacon wrapped pizza box 40 minutes. We asked why it took so long and they explained to us that they were under staffed and the third worker who was in just said “ I’m gonna go home” and left. As I manage a restaurant I know sometimes you can be understaffed so I was frustrated but not livid with anger as yet! When I get to my car and open up the bacon wrapped pizza box to my surprise there was no bacon wrap on the pizza at this point I was so livid and went back in for an explanation to which they could not give me ! 40 minutes for a pizza that wasn’t even made properly!
