Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Mississauga

We’ve visited this Baskin-Robbins location several times before, but this last experience was very disappointing. We came with our twins,our son and daughter, and some family members. My 3-year-old daughter accidentally dropped her ice cream cone right after it was handed to her. Even though it was clearly an accident, the staff refused to replace it without charging for another one. Because of that, we decided to only buy two cones for our twins instead of the six cones we had originally planned to get for our whole group (two kids and four adults). We’ve been loyal customers and expected a little more understanding, especially toward a small child. A bit of kindness would have gone a long way. Terrible customer service She made me wait for more than 15 minute while she was washing something keep calling her keep saying one minute and after we where two separate payments she did the first one and she ignored me until I told her I have to order I did not order yet she moved to different client while my friend order but I didn’t

Note: for ordering she keeps saying no for everything and this is different charges ok I get it and I told her I will pay what ever I ask for don’t worry I totally understand her English not really good and I understand she need to work but I don’t understand why she needs to be rude to the customers I will never be back to this store very disappointed especially...
