Starbucks — Restaurant in Mississauga

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars at this location, but my experience with the current manager has completely ruined my trust. The manager repeatedly lies to customers about when new Starbucks merchandise is being released — giving different answers each time and misleading regulars who genuinely support the store.

What’s worse, I learned that staff members are being threatened with losing their jobs if they sell any new items before a certain time, even when customers are right there ready to purchase. That’s an awful way to treat both employees and customers.

I used to love coming here, but now it feels like management only cares about control, not honesty or good service. If this is how they run things, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until Starbucks does...

Asked for a Mocha Frap with extra shot of sugar/sweetener and specifically asked the Guy to make sure the coffee is sweet. After tasting it I asked him to add some sweetener as it WASN’T sweet. He clearly wasn’t interested to help me by adding the sweetener instead started arguing saying he would have to re do this again, he has already added a lot of mocha and asked me next time I should be very specific. At the end he called his colleague saying he can’t help me and the lady absolutely made my drink right….

Mocha doesn’t make the coffee sweet it makes it bitter and to make it sweet all you need to do is add some sweet syrup.

Please ask your staff to understand the order before accepting any orders and what’s the big deal in redoing the order...

I don’t drink a lot of coffee and if I do, I almost always go to Tim Hortons. This was my first visit at Starbucks in well over 10 years—and unfortunately, a disappointing one:
