I placed an order at your location and the order I placed was incomplete so I had to drive back to the McDonald’s and they re did the order so I went back home and I was missing half the order so I had to drive back to the McDonald’s for a second time and showed them that they were missing food in my order so I had to go back for a third time. But instead of going back because I had no time to go back anymore, I was out of time so I called your location and they said they would save a voucher for 10 chicken nuggets for me, which I paid for. So I just went back today to collect my voucher for the nuggets with the rest of my order, it was two combos. One quarter pounder and a junior chicken meal. So I thought it would be a good time to ask for my chicken nuggets that I paid for and they had my name on a list for me to come collect them. When I ask for them they tell me someone already crossed my name off the list and they would not give me the nuggets I paid for. I’ve never had any problems at McDonald’s ever before in my life, until all the new employees are here, and they are adults. Why did they have so many problems with my order? How is it so hard to get a simple order correct. They wanted to argue with me to not give me what I paid for. This is crazy and I’m never ordering from you again. When they finally gave me my nuggets because I paid for them. The rest of the order was cold and stale. I know they just didn’t want to have to make new nuggets to complete my order. Read moreI usually avoid writing negative reviews, but after much thought, I felt it was important to share my experience.
I had one of my worst experiences at this McDonald’s when I stopped by to get some water. I was fasting on Saturday and on my way to the temple, so I went in to request water. The lady at the counter immediately gave me a bill with an order number, and shortly afterward, another staff member took over the counter.
I waited for about 10 minutes before asking about my order, and the response I got was, “water is getting ready :)”. I continued to wait another 10 minutes, but when I noticed that customers who came in after me were getting served while I was completely ignored, I realized I was not going to be helped. At that point, I placed my order slip on the counter and left. Thankfully, the weather wasn’t hot that day, or the situation could have been worse.
My next stop was Starbucks, where I was given water immediately with no fuss. The difference in customer service was very clear.
I sincerely request that this McDonald’s location provide better training for its staff on customer service. Having lived in the US for six years, I have seen McDonald’s maintain consistently excellent service standards, which makes the difference I see here in Ontario quite concerning.

Read moreVery slow... I work in the mall and it takes this location atleast 20mins to deliever any kind of food. I have to come here often as it's the only place around my work and 90% of my experience here has been negative.
Staff is un friendly, un hygienic (cashier coughed into my coffe infront of her manager and handed it to me). Staff is incompetent as well many times I've gone in with a free drink voucher and still have been charged for the "free" coffee. When I complained to the manager the cashier tried to tell me that i should have told her about the free coffee; because I guess the coupon that said "1 free hot medium beverage" wasn't clear enough for her. Another time after a 25 min wait ( yes I'm not exaggerating, I did the math based off my receipt) I received a quarter pounder that felt cold as if it was made 25mins ago and nobody served it. When i complained the same blonde manager told me it was just made... so either cold food is the new standard at MCDONALD'S or this manager was just trying to fool me.
I have many more experiences like this and so do my colleagues. When your fast food takes more than 25mins consistently even for things like a cup of coffee... 20min wait for a cup of coffee which was coughed into 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮.. it's time to re-evaluate your...
