Update from aug 4, 2019 at 12pm via the drive thru:
Ordered a Caesar salad and 1/3 of the lettuce was brown (see pics). Definitely didn’t appear to be made “fresh daily” as they advertise. If it was then some retraining is required for whoever selects the lettuce to include in the salad. Calorie-wise dressing was also not in stock although we were not advised at the time of ordering. However, at least this time the girl taking the order was aware they offered calorie wise dressing, which was not the case in the past.
Again, no napkins or ketchup were provided or offered.
The girl taking the order was very friendly though so that was a positive.

This location does not care to provide good service. Have been to this McDonalds dozens of times over the last few years since it is the closest to home and the kids love McDonalds. I believe today was my absolute last time at this location.
Drive Thru experience - They never offer ketchup or straws and you never realize until you get to your destination and have to go without.
Inside experience - The drive thru gets prioritized, so the speed inside suffers greatly as a result. Service is not very good and they actually don’t care.
For example, today I decided to go inside. My order included a happy meal and a couple coffees among other items. After I was given the food I had to wait for many minutes for my coffee while others who ordered coffee after me were somehow getting their coffee before me. Once I pointed this out, I overheard a couple of employees taking about me under their breath saying something like “who cares... make him wait”. Brought it to the managers attention as well who did not do anything to compensate for the situation. When I finally got my coffee and got home... I realized that they forgot to give me the milk with the happy meal :(
I’m just a family man trying to get some food home for my kids. I should have to endure this type of drama/inconvenience to overpay for food that is not that nutritious.

Read moreHorrible place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a $30 order consisting of many combos and burgers, including 2 Big Macs. When I got home, I realized that one of the Big Macs was missing. I should have gotten in the first place but the employees were clearly too lazy to double check for it, so I had to drive back and waste my time and gas to get it. This was only the start of my problems.
Then I go home with my Big Mac that I had to waste my time to obtain, which the employees clearly didn't care that I had to waste my time. I then go to eat some of my Big Mac only to find a PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY BIG MAC! I wish I took pictures of it but I already took it back for a refund, yes I had to go back a SECOND TIME just to solve issues!!! They only refunded my Big Mac which was $6 but I think they should have refunded my whole order which was $30 for inconvenience and exposing me to a potential health hazard. Plastic isn't edible and is known to cause cancer so I thankfully dodged a bullet by detecting the piece of plastic in my food before I swallowed it.
I seriously hope that the management of this place takes steps to get rid of employees who don't care about the quality of the food and the satisfaction of the customer. I will never be returning to this location for my own health and safety after this plastic incident and I pray for those who continue to eat at...
Read moreWould not recommend this location, I’m a big fan of McDonald’s from time to time but I’ve had items missing from my delivery order from this location twice now, and a friend of mine has reported the same issue. Defeats the purpose of paying for delivery if you then have to drive there to get your missing food.
Also had a major food safety concern with my order tonight, used a “2 can dine” special code and got two of the exact same burger. 1 clearly had something very off with it, after one bite it tasted very wrong and it smelled very strongly of bleach/ammonia. Super chemically smell, I thought I may be getting sick or something but my husband and son said they could smell the same thing and we had gotten two Big Macs, the other one had no issue at all. It’s been two hours and I do feel ill even from the little bit I had.
No one answered the phone after many repeated calls. 2 hours later they answered and a manager said I would have to return to the store with the burger and receipt. I asked if they could just issue a credit through the app, at this point the burger had been in the trash for 2 hours. I also paid on the app and never got a receipt. What am I supposed to do? Fish out the garbage, put my two toddlers in the car and drive twenty minutes back to McDonald’s in the middle of the night? Absolutely ridiculous.
