McDonald's — Restaurant in Mississauga

I walked into McDonald's today (Aug 27th around 6:40pm) like I have done several times before at this and other locations to buy bbq sauce for daughter. Whether bought on its own or purchased extra with my order. . And today I ordered 10 =$3.15. It was sold to me and then cancelled/refunded to me because I called out a staff member who served an elderly gentleman before me and returned his change and then went onto taking care of an order, collecting fries, burger buns and separating bacon and added it to the bun with her bare hands WITHOUT washing her hands. I don't know why McDonald's is ine of the obly fast food companies who dont enforce gloves. I demand to have management reach out to me. My encounter with another staff member went down south real quickly because she was more focused on defending her coworker who didnt wash her hands, saying "she does it all the time". If it was out of habit, she would havw washed her hands right then and there and DID NOT. it was not out of habit. Shes nasty and should not be handling ANY FOOD. And since this nasty woman was wearing those black coats without a name tag, i am unable to blast her name publically . Thry both went on to giggle and spesk in their language before calling me back to the counter to refund me my order and thats when things went down hill. She also refused to give me her name. I will be making a formal complaint about the nastiness that goes on in there. If I am paying for a service, have already paid for the service...what right do you have to cancel my order? It's all because YOU were called out for BEING...

The McDonald's in the Walmart at south common mall is really convenient. But they do not adhere to the McDonald's standard, I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal, upsizing the fries. It took 12 mins to get my order despite it not being busy, they had to make new nuggets but gave me less than fresh fries. The staff prepped my fries in the bag while waiting for the nuggets. Needless to say the fries were droopy and cold, when I got my order I asked for fresh fries, the manager looked at my order and saw the fries half full, pointed it out to the girl who prepped it and she just shrugged her shoulders. The manager then proceeded to just top up the cold fries with the fresh ones, not replace it just topped it up. I just gave up at that point. So you know how you look forward to a hot meal? Well it was 10 hot fries and the rest were soggy droopy cold ones which ended up in the garbage. The customer area needed cleaning too, McDonald's quality team needs to visit this store and retrain their staff to listen to...

They advertise specials and list certain prices but overcharge you if you don't ask specifically for the special. They are currently advertising a promotion to have Sausage & Egg McMuffins for $3, with the displays showing the sandwich for $3. If you look at their list of items you can order, the sandwich costs $3. However, if you order it, they charge you the regular price ($4.29) unless you specifically ask them for the promotion.

There is no way of knowing you have to ask, if you were to buy from the mobile app or kiosk the sandwiches would cost $3. But, since you ordered in-person from a cashier, they charge you extra. Nowhere in the restaurant do they have a sandwich listed for $4.29 but if you don't ask them for it to cost $3 they will overcharge you without hesitation.

Don't bother ordering from here, they will overcharge you and don't care if what you pay isn't what...
