Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Mississauga

Overall food was okay, I most recently got one of their Wednesday specials a chicken sandwich a little too much black pepper but still good. Service was pretty awful. It would be fine if not for the rude Asian women making the sandwiches. Came twice in the same month recently and she took/made my order both times. As soon as someone steps up she's immediately annoyed and in turn acts incredibly rude. She seems to always be in some sort of rush and was constantly pushing for me to hurry up while taking my order even when I was the only one in the store. Asked her which kind of bread was offered after she asked me which I would like; she gave me a look and pointed to a sign, fair enough but the eye rolling and attitude is unnecessary. I recently visited Mr. Sub and ordered the Grilled Chicken Sub along with the Louisiana Pepper Chicken Sub. Both were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made just right. The quality of the ingredients really stood out, and the subs were prepared exactly how I like them.

What truly made the visit memorable was the excellent service. The manager, Gus, was incredibly hospitable and made sure my food met the highest standards. He checked in personally to ensure everything was perfect, and his professional, friendly attitude left a lasting impression.

I would actually rate this place 3.5 stars. They have a Filipino lady who works there and she is extremely rude... she has argued with me, she has told me to "hurry up and order", and even once told me that my sandwich was "disgusting". I feel that she is racist and unhappy in her life. I wish they would fire her. All the other staff members are nice and respectful and I would rate this place a perfect 5 if not for her.
