Pita & Grill — Restaurant in Mississauga

The worst place on multiple levels. Food, service, quality and quantity. I love osmows and lazeez a lot. Knowing my love for the same, a friend suggested this place. A bit skeptical I still checked it out. The price is a hefty 20-30% more compared to osmows or lazeez. That should have made me run, however thinking about trying I ordered a chicken on the rocks. He filled up the container with a layer that would have put rats to shame. It was super thin. If that wasn't enough, the portion of chicken was a joke. It must have been barely 50-60 gms. I am adding pictures here. I asked them to add their signature sauce but stopped them from adding the hot sauce. I asked to taste it. TABASCO. Sour and the bottle taste. I told him not to add any. As it just makes the food sour and not hot. The taste was ok even without the hot sauce, however the portions, lack of service from the non smiling Curt server and high prices will never ever allow me or anyone I know to set...

The food is delicious. I got a Chicken Shawarma dinner, and honestly, it is the most tender and flavourful chicken i have had in a long, long time. The salad was fresh and tasty, especially the parsley bit. I would have put a picture, but I demolished it. Couldn't finish the rice and chicken, though. Quantity is great. Bang for the buck, delicious food, and great service except dude missed the hot sauce. Which is no biggie. I think I enjoyed it more without the hot sauce. I'll go back for sure. Solid place for a great tasting Shawarma. It's much better than the chains we have operating as authentic...

Fast food perfected. I ate lunch AND dinner here - for two days straight! Lamb schwarma with rice. And the rice.....starchy, sticky, comforting. They ask if you want tahini. If you consent, it will be squirted copiously over your meat and rice. Gilding the lily x1000. Salad is excellent, feta and olives to boot. Pro tip: ask for a spare pita with your meal (and extra house made hot sauce). Also had the falafel for dinner, filled with an array of wonderful things and expertly rolled in a way Chipotle could only hope to master as well. I will be forever sad when...
