So I went to this Tim Hortons again this morning. I got four coffees including two french vanillas and a dozen donuts. I dropped about 25 bucks for those which is pretty expensive considering, but whatever. As I was waiting for the coffees to be made, I asked for two extra cups. The one guy who could only speak English said that I have to pay for cups. So I said okay. Forget it. One minute later a lady comes who i presume is the supervisor and she tells me that I have to pay for cups. At this point I was visibly upset. Here. I am, waiting on this side for them to finish making me the four coffees and after I drop 25 bucks. And now they want me to pay for two extra cups?? I cannot believe that a place that makes so much money can be so cheap. I doubt if my whole order including any extra cups might have cost maybe $4 or $5 at most. But aside from that, simple customer service would be that, if somebody already drops that kind of money and then asks for two extra cups so that I could have split the two french vanilla's, you don't go ahead and blatantly tell them that they have to pay for it. The issue at this Tim Hortons isn’t just order mistakes — it’s the consistent rude attitude from 2-3 of the female staff members working both day and night shifts.

Our most recent visit was around 12:30 AM on Monday night. We ordered 2 steeped teas, but only received one. When we tried to clarify, the staff member didn’t even open the window to listen — just ignored us with a cold stare and walked off. Eventually, she opened it and asked if we wanted a glass of water… seriously? No apology, no eye contact, just ego and attitude the entire time.

We live nearby and come here often with family, but this isn’t a one-off — it’s happened multiple times. Same few staff, same behavior: dismissive, impatient, and zero customer service skills. Honestly feels like they think they’re doing us a favor by showing up to work.
