I recently visited an Indian restaurant to pick up a pre-ordered meal for a work colleague, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating. I was told the food would be ready in 10 minutes, so I gave it a little extra time—about 15 minutes total—just to be cautious. When I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but I was forced to wait another 20 minutes without any explanation or apology. The service was an absolute mess. The staff at the front was disorganized, inattentive, and completely uninterested in providing even a basic level of customer service. There was no sense of urgency, no communication about the delay, and not even a simple acknowledgment of my time being wasted. It was clear that they couldn’t care less about their customers’ experience. After standing around for what felt like an eternity, I finally reached my breaking point. I informed them that I didn’t want the food anymore and that they could keep both the meal and the money I had already paid. At that moment, I realized they had wasted not only my time and money but also any goodwill I had left for this establishment. Absolute worst experience ever. This place does not value the time of its customers. If you go through the reviews you will find more reviews of people experiencing the same stuff. I placed a order on the phone at 11;18 exact and they said come in 30 mins and then the lady said let me find out in the kitchen what time you can come in, some simran lady said to come after 12 and i went to the restaurant around 12:20 giving more them ample time for them to prepare the order and i go inside and they say its not ready. I asked how long it would take and they said one sec and walked away. Then a second lady came out and asked me my order and i told her and asked how long and she just said shell check. then a third lady came out and said sorry when we placed the order it wasnt busy now its busy, i sat down and decided to wait, i sat for almost 35 mins and no one gave anything to me, meaning they didnt make the food at all. then i decided to leave and a lady tells me that oh your food was ready we didnt see you so we gave it to someone else. mind you im sitting on the chairs in the restaurant. while i was there i saw atleast 3 people say cancel there order casue they got tired of waiting. I think the owner needs to be more involved in the restaurant if they want to succeed. Or hire a manager with some sort of organizational skills. Owner, I want to give you some constructive feedback. While our meal was decent, we were very put off by the table clearing process. We observed staff brushing all the leftovers from a dirty table directly onto the floor and not cleaning it up.

This creates an unpleasant dining environment. I'm sure this isn't the standard you want for your restaurant. Please ensure your staff is trained to bus tables properly into a bin and to sweep/mop the floor afterwards. A simple fix would make a big difference for your customers' experience.
