Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. I placed a pick-up order and accidentally selected the wrong location on the app. When I called, the worker assured me that if I came in, they would still make my order. I arrived an hour later, only to find out they never even started making it. Instead of fixing the issue like any decent business would, the worker admitted he assumed I just wouldn’t show up—despite telling me on the phone my order would be ready. When I expressed frustration (which, by the way, was completely justified after fasting all day, working, and waiting for an hour for food that should have been ready), the employee had the nerve to call me “mental in the head” and “crazy” for being upset. Excuse me? That’s how you treat paying customers? To top it all off, when I finally got my food, the onion rings were still frozen and cold. Not just lukewarm—completely inedible. If they can’t even serve something as simple as onion rings properly, I don’t even want to think about how they handle the rest of the food. Horrible service, rude employees, and an overall disgusting experience. I wouldn’t trust this place to make a simple sandwich, let alone handle customers with any level of professionalism. Read moreWent here for dinner with my daughter. The restaurant was clean. Ordered a Kids Ham sandwich combo which was supposed to come with either a bottled water or apple juice. This location was out of apple juice. I know that it’s important to watch kids calories and Subway is doing their part in informing the public about nutrition and so on but there are only a few things my daughter will drink while out. Apple juice, milk/chocolate milk and on occasion sprite. Without apple juice in the box as an option I asked if she could have a small drink instead and I’d treat her with a pop. The cashier said “no, she can have water”. No apology, didn’t seem like she cared at all that they were out of a menu item. I don’t know much about Subway but I don’t understand why the substitution wasn’t possible seeing as how it was the locations fault they ran out of apple juice in the first place. We ended up swapping the bottled water for a different bottled drink (you’d think that option would be more expensive for the business). Read moreUPDATE: Aug/17/2021: this is the second time in two weeks I tried to order a sub but the store was closed (I came during lunch time on both days and it should have been open based on their hours of operation sign). The first time it happened, it said “back in 5 mins” on a hand written note placed on the front door. I waited 10 mins and it was still closed. So I went elsewhere. The second time, the door was just locked. No sign about being back in 5 mins, but the open sign was on and lights in the restaurant we’re all on. It’s quite an inconvenience for this to happen twice in a week AND during lunch time (around noon both days). 3 stars for inconvenience factor. Would be 5 if these issues did not exist.
