Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Mississauga

this happened, 2020-01-23 at 12 am, i preordered a pizza on the pizza nova website i ordered a large pepperoni and at the end of my pruchase a messaged told me to pick it up 25-30 minutes after placeing your order, i went there point 35 minutes after placeing my order and the guy didnt show me the pizza didnt think anything of it, he seemed flustered as i got home i bit into it my god, how can you give this to people with a good consciousness it was stail, cold the cheese was not spread evenly, i almost thought it fell on the ground at some point looked like, i think it was some old left over pizza the guy was too lazy to make a new one, i live one kilometer away my car was warm theres no way it got to that point from a five minute drive, lesson learned dont go to that location and check your pizza everytime you pick up u never know what a dirty worker with now morals or ethics will do. hence why i usually cook at home but this...

Worst customer experience in 20 years at a pizza shop. I ordered large pizza with hot peppers and asked this new guy not to put peppers on 2 of the slices so that my 3 year old child can eat it not spicy. He wouldn’t cooperate and would tell me to go order another medium pizza for my child, or don’t put toppings on half the pizza. I’ve been to this location many times and the rest of the staff is excellent. This was the first time I interacted with this guy and his terrible customer skills. I ended up going across the street to Pizza Pizza and they always give me an excellent customer experience. Don’t get me wrong pizza nova is usually excellent but this guy just shouldn’t be in the consumer industry. Put him in the back office to lift gear in storage rooms as he lacks customer...

I usually don't order from Pizza Nova because they are a bit pricey but I decided to treat myself today and ordered from this location for delivery. I got the mushroom/asiago specialty pizza and it was amazing. The pizza arrived so quickly and it was so fresh and delicious. They put so much cheese on it and didn't skimp out on the toppings like some pizza places do.
