First time. I placed an order for pickup(skip the dishes). I work 16 hr days and figure I’d have a nice meal and rest before another long shift. I ordered 1 lb of wings and added an extra pound for lunch the following day. I added extra blue cheese just because you can never have enough. I also ordered a large order of chicken nachos, and fried mozzarella. I get my food 40 min later. I open the bag to see i only had 1 lb of wings, no blue cheese, mozzarella with about 5 ounces of marinara sauce, nachos with cheese either burnt or not melted at all, no sour cream, no salsa. I called mulligans to ask them what happened to the other half of my order, as I was miSsing one pound of wings, blue cheese plus the extra blue cheese, no sour cream and no salsa for my burnt nachos. Over the phone I was s placed on hold several time as the lady seemed confused. She told me over the phone she’d take my name and I could swing by tomorrow and pick up a gift certificate. I told her I’d rathEr the food because I work all day. So she said she’d have it ready. It took me about 25 min to get to the restaurant. I was expecting a fulll restaurant. There were 4 people at the bar, one was figuring out a credit card issue and the others were drinking. Nobody was behind the bar for about 10 minutes and I was finally greeted by the bartender. I told her the problem and instead of grabbing my order, she made sure to take care of the people at the bar first. Came out , didn’t offer anything but the satisfaction that I come home to cold food,, no offer to give a certificate for the inconvenience or concern for their mistake. I feel this restaurant was bought out by a family that has no care for the food industry and did it for financial gain. Atmosphere felt like it was a business on the way out. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save some time and head to wild wings or Stout monk for some...
Read moreRUDE MANAGER Before I start sharing my experience, just want to tell you that the pics and videos posted on this page from the restaurant are super super super old. If you visit not, it looks like broken garage. I have read other feedback about shitty ambience and furniture and that I absolutely true but I never cared because I was there to play poker. Leaving this here so other people know what this place is like. I played poker a few times here ( 5/6 times ) and I was told that the more food you order, the more chips you get. So I used to order multiple drinks and a meal whenever i went to play poker (at last 40-60$ bill each visit for me). I always felt the old lady, who is also the manager, was a bit weird and never smiled and appeared rude. But anyways I never cared because I was there to play poker. One evening, I lost after playing for an hour or so.. by now I have had a few drinks and some wings. After losing I went to have a smoke and when I returned the manager tells me "I thought you took-off" and I asked her why would se think that I would not pay. I reminded her that I have been here many times and ordering a lot. And then told her that if she is so worried, I can pay in advance next time. I wanted to leave but I had finish my drink so I stayed. I then told the manager that this was inappropriate and she shouldn't say this to people who have been consistently comingand paying. She started justifying it and then asked me to pay and leave and never come again. I still don't understand what got her so offended when I was the one who should have felt that way. Therefore...
Read moreI am very upset, after 25 or 30 years of visiting Mulligans. A couple of weeks ago I made my usual Sat. lunch stop. As usual my Canadian PP was delivered without ordering. I ordered wings when my wings came they were burnt and had maybe a teaspoon of sauce on them. What disturbs me is if the wait staff had looked at the order they shouldn't have served it, but still did.
This is not the first time I have had issues with the food that in my opinion used to be stellar. Now a days it seems the cook is more interested in mingling and drinking with the regulars then doing his job.
I find it hard to believe that you would be trying to upset regular patrons with the competition in the area.
After all those years I do not intend to return. I know I was not a big spender, but I...
