Absolutely Terrible Experience. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Popeyes location. I waited over 25 minutes for a simple order, only to receive cold food with missing items. When I politely asked about the delay, the girl, Aman, responded with rudeness and attitude that was completely uncalled for. No apology, no explanation just a blank stare and a dismissive tone like I was inconveniencing her by asking where my food was. When I pointed out that the order was wrong, she didn’t even try to help – she refused to fix it, saying there was “nothing she could do” and told me to “call head office” if I had a problem. Excuse me? Isn’t that your job as a manager? She was snapping at the staff, clearly frustrated, and totally ignoring customers at the counter.
