Worst experience of the highest order. I wouldn’t give even 1 star to the service or atmosphere if I could.

I visited this Drake whatever and felt unfairly stereotyped.

The staff were outright rude, immediately assuming I was there for an Uber delivery order because of my turban, without a single greeting or question to confirm if I was a customer.

I noticed other patrons were welcomed warmly, which made me feel singled out due to my appearance. Reminder to the pub it's 2025, grow up. This was a disappointing and unwelcoming experience. When I asked for the manager’s phone or email to address this, two staff members took more than five minutes to provide it, prioritizing cleaning menus over assisting an unhappy customer. To top it off, I learned the manager doesn’t carry a phone, making it even harder to resolve issues. Seriously, no phone?

This place is utterly unwelcoming and disrespectful—avoid it.

The disrespect was so appalling that I left without even having a glass of water. I have zero interest in giving this unwelcoming place any business in the future—avoid it.

Never going there again. Not recommending to family...

I went to this location to pick up an order from uber and the blonde long haired waitress on Monday Oct 21st at around noon wasn't at the front or anywhere, I went to check at the back if someone was there and she was in the kitchen at the back and was angry at me for being there and told me to wait at the door and that she would bring my order and I gave her the name.

Afterwards, I was waiting at the door for a long time and noticed the order on the table without anyone around. Again she wasn't there whatsoever, I waited again and asked her once she arrived if this was my order to make sure I'm delivering the right order, she was so angry at me and gave me the worst attitude telling me that she doesn't know and I again gave her the order name. I wasn't happy that she just left it there and didn't even confirm with me if I received it or saw it, she just didn't care about the end customer or myself. She was very rude and disrespectful.

I walked into this restaurant to pick up an uber order, I rest my bag down and wait for assistance. There was only one server that I could see, so I waited until she was free to get her attention and ask for the order. Two ladies came into the restaurant and stood behind me and also waited. About 10sec after they came in the server looked to them and asked how she can help them "table for two ladies" completely ignoring me. I then said "excuse me, I'm here to pick up an UBER order". She said, "is that your order on the table beside you?". There was a table on the other side of the entrance that had the order on it and I didn't see it. I would think the proper thing to do is find out why I'm there and let me know that the order is just to my left, rather than ignoring me and serving someone else, likely because she felt I should have seen it.
