Hakka Garden is an exceptional Hakka Chinese restaurant that you can't miss out on. The moment you step into the restaurant, the beautiful interior design catches your eye. The restaurant is well ventilated with bright lights that show the magnificent décor. Once you're settled, you'll be given a comprehensive menu of Chinese dishes that you can order from.
The food is amazing and undoubtedly top-notch! I particularly enjoyed the chicken Manchurian and the noodles. The chicken was tender, juicy, and with just the right amount of spices. The Manchurian sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and savoury flavors, making every bite a delightful experience. The noodles were cooked to perfection - al dente, and they had a perfect consistency.
Apart from the delicious food, the staff is attentive and warm. They are always eager to assist you with the menu and recommend the perfect dishes. Hakka Garden also has impeccable service, and the food was served fresh and hot.
In conclusion, Hakka Garden is a top-notch restaurant that is worth visiting - the ambiance, food, and service are exceptional. I, therefore, highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious Hakka Chinese meal in a...

We wanted take out Chinese meal and wanted a change from our usual Ming Room or Eddie’s and thought of giving Royal Garden a try. We ordered via the phone and our order was ready in under 15 minutes. Here’s our review. Food - excellent favour. Not overly salty or oily. I found the seasoning was excellent and didn’t have me craving tons of water after the meal. We ordered chicken deluxe fried rice, chilling chicken and beef with mixed vegetables in a chilli sauce. I found the sauces were really well favoured and the fried rice had a nice taste. My wife found the beef a like on the “tough” side. I found the food had its own favour and we really welcomed the experience (as compared to other places where everything kind of tastes the same as other restaurants). Portions - generous but not crazy generous like Lin Gardens in Scarborough. Price - in line with other Chinese/Hakka established restaurants in the areas (meaning: not cheap) Eat in - we didn’t eat in but from what I saw when I picked up the food, it had a small but nice seating area for families (booth and table style) Would we go order again - yes, if we’re thinking take out,...
Read moreThis place is a little disorganised. We got there for 11:30 and the Open sign was off and the doors were closed. So we drove off and went back 15 minutes later. Still the Open sign was off so we waited in the car for our family members to turn up. They asked if we were inside and we said nope it's closed. So they called them up and lo and behold they were open! They just hadn't turned the sign on.
Once inside the table and seats were dirty. So we used tissues and started cleaning them. One employee noticed and looked puzzled. Once she cottoned on she cleaned the seats for us.
We ordered vegetable corn soup, hot and sour soup, vegetable sweet and sour Manchurian chicken with noodles, sweet and sour Manchurian fish with rice and Manchurian paneer extra spicy with rice.
On a positive note the service was quick and the food was absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked and the portions were huge. We enjoyed every mouthful.
I would highly recommend to ignore the surroundings the give...
