DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! EVER!!!

The oil tastes old and dirty, and the food is rarely cooked properly. My daughter previously ordered 2 delta minis at this location, and when she went to eat them, the chicken was literally RAW inside! In fact, the meat was still frozen. When I called the store to address the matter, they told us that they would not be able to offer a refund, and the most that they would be able to do is give me a free small side to compensate.

I went back to the location recently, and tried the new special (the honey crunch tenders) I realized that the chicken from my order, and my two daughters orders, were not cooked properly. I brought this up to the cashier and she remade the order for me, after hesitating.

Once again, I went back to the location today, AND ONCE AGAIN, our meals were not cooked properly and my daughter's tenders were still raw and frozen inside. When we went to address this, the associate was rude and aggressive towards us. He refused to believe that the food was uncooked (he did not even come to examine it) and told me that we were the only people that had issues such as this in condescending tone. He spoke in a raised voice at us in front of customers and indicated that it was my problem that the food was uncooked, as apparently we are the only people that notice the uncooked chicken. he kept repeatedly asking why I had this problem, as if it was my issue that the food wasn't cooked properly, or I would be able to offer a solution to the problem. He refused to remake the order, and did not offer anything in relation to my two undercooked and raw meals (that were wasted since they weren't event cooked inside!). I was shocked and embarrassed, as I have not been spoken to in such a tone, and have not before been publicly berated in a Popeyes for bringing up an issue with my meal.

The staff is rude and unprofessional, and the location is always dirty and smells funny, regardless of the fact that the location was opened only a few years ago. The food is always cold and oozes of burnt oil when you eat it. The tables are sticky and dirty, and are always covered in food and garbage due to a lack of cleaning.

I will definitely not be going back to this location or any...

Disappointing Service and Unfresh Food at Popeyes

I had a highly unsatisfactory visit to the Popeyes near me, which completely failed to meet basic expectations for service and food quality. After ordering five chicken tenders, I endured a lengthy wait of over 20 minutes. When I approached the counter, I was informed my order would be packed immediately. However, to my dismay, they began packing up chicken tenders that had been sitting out since before I placed my order.

I expressed my concerns about the freshness of the tenders, only to be reassured falsely. Upon further pressing, the manager reluctantly showed me the tenders, confirming they were indeed the stale ones I had been observing. When I requested a refund, the manager displayed a poor attitude and insisted I sign a receipt to process it, despite the fact that I was merely reversing my payment without receiving any goods.

Additionally, the manager refused to provide her name when asked, which is unacceptable for someone in her position. During my wait, I noticed I was not the only frustrated customer; the entire store was filled with patrons upset over similar delays.

This location seems to struggle severely with managing orders and maintaining food quality. It’s disheartening to witness such disregard for customer service and satisfaction. I would strongly advise against visiting this Popeyes unless significant improvements are made.

I don’t usually write reviews but after today’s experience it is about time. I’d like to start by saying the staff has a wonderful attitude, however the service is poor. Today I went in and ordered my usual 3pc spicy Tender meal despite them making small mistakes in the past like forgetting my sauce, giving me mild instead of spicy or forgetting my biscuit. After receiving my order, I got home to find out that I was given bonafide chicken instead. Due to my preference I drove back and explained to the cashier that she took the wrong order. The cashier called the manager who in turned had me pay a $2 difference to rectify the order. Afterwards, they only replaced the chicken but gave me the same onion rings which by this time have gotten cold. Finally I am called for my order and this time she has once again forgotten my biscuit. Now taking in the fact that I was given the wrong order, had to drive back and STILL pay the difference on top of them forgetting my biscuit is totally unacceptable and I can honestly say it pains me but I will no longer be going to this location. The one star is for the one employee who gives service who...
