I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing bubble tea shop, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The quality of their bubble tea is simply outstanding, and the staff's warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of delight to my visit.

This is the first time I've been to this location. My dentist is nearby and I never realized that there was a Chatime in this plaza. I went around 1:00 pm so it wasn't too busy. I would come back again. I find the locations outside malls are better for some reason.

The store itself is very clean and organized. There's seating in the back right as you walk in. Five stars is for Marc. Ordering was easy with him (there's no kiosk at this location). Scanning my points card and redeeming points was seamless. Marc knew exactly what to do (I recently went to another Chatime where the barista did not know how to redeem points and this held up the line). This location also feels roomy inside and doesn't feel claustrophobic.

I ordered the classics: Pearl Milk Tea with Tapioca and Grass Jelly and Peachy Lychee QQ (Tapioca and Coconut Jelly). If it's your first time trying bubble tea, I highly recommend the Pearl Milk Tea (hot or cold - they're both great in my opinion). I also suggest ordering your drink with less ice so it doesn't get diluted. Peachy Lychee QQ is a great drink if you're looking for something refreshing. I would try ordering it with 80% sugar as it's very sweet with 100% sugar.

Despite good tea and service, the solution offered at Chai Time was unsatisfactory. After receiving a large bubble tea with ice despite ordering without, staff took half of the grass jelly and pearls out before transferring it to another cup, leaving just 3/4 of a cup and returned to me. Edit: They did add tapioca as the owner mentioned, but simple solution for it was to make a new one and give it, rather than poking their fingers in the cup, to open it (no gloves) trying to get all the tea out in another cup, trying to get the grass jelly out, tapioca out, then using a spoon to fish out the ice in it. The tea is literally worth like around $1.5 in material. It just makes me think what other practices you do...
