Most horrible service ever!! I went with my family for chaat papri and falooda at around 12:30AM, the girl at the cash was extremely disrespectful and didn't even greet us and had a straight face the entire time. I asked her for recommendations on which drink to get and she just mumbled. As I was giving my order she had a rude behaviour but I ignored that since it was late and thought she might be tired. We ordered 3 chaat papris with different spice levels, so when the tray came I asked which ones are the spicy ones and she said "I already told you" and walked away as I asked can you please tell us again as we did not hear you. Even after asking her again she just walked away. The chaat papri tray was only HALF WAY FILLED!!! I asked her why there was such less and her reply was "Thats how we make it". The girl refused to add more and said all locations have different recipes. There was absolutely no yogurt or papri, it was filled half way with just chutney and 2 pieces of papri. I gave my entire order back and took my money back and left. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! more than half of the reviews are about the 2 rude girls working I don't understand how they are still employed. I don't know what the owner is thinking and still has them hired. Also this location has the lowest rating out of all locations. Even giving one star is too much based on their horrible and disgusting customer service. Location on Dreamcrest and Brisdale have amazing service. Don't bother going to this location as they have extremely poor customer service. Those 2 girls should be fired, no ethics at all and...

Had the absolute worst experience at this location. Ordered 3 chaat papdri and we asked for extra papdri pieces on the side, more of the potato etc and less chutney. We would have been fine to pay more for the extra pieces as when I came here previously I remembered that it was very yogurt heavy and didn’t want that same experience. Somehow they screwed that up so that it was just a slurry of yogurt and green chutney with absolutely NOTHING else inside of it. We waited 30 mins for the “food” (which was literally a mix of yogurt and chutney) and upon opening the containers, discovered a piece of clear plastic inside the yogurt! We took the food back and did not want them to fix it, but demanded a refund. The workers then claimed that we asked for it to be made that way when we asked for the exact opposite of it! They also insisted there was no plastic in it until we showed it them and then they had nothing to say. I told them I would never serve my family anything from this restaurant and demanded a refund. We went to Laari Adaa instead and they made our chaat experience perfect.

There are too many other places that you can go to for food options. Stay away from here unless you want to wait an unbelievable amount of time for a messed up order and have plastic floating...

I went to "quickly" pick up samosas. Key word being "quickly". someone behind the counter was sweeping. I proceeded to wait... and wait and wait.. thinking she did not see me walk in. I said "hello" and she raised her index finger, indicating wait a min. Finally someone came out because the phone rang. The person was on the phone having an idle conversation (I understand the language). Still waiting in front of the cash, I interrupted and asked her for a dozen samosas. She turned around, went back to the back, continued on the phone and came back several minutes later. When she came out, she asked the man standing at the other side of the counter what he wanted. I told her I was there before the gentleman she was taking the order for. She yelled at me "NO! YOU NOT". She kept yelling and GLARING at me. I pulled out my phone to record her. She ran away to the back. The next guy who came out was apologetic and said "she is kind of the owner". Shocked I asked him how she could be the owner and treat a customer the way she just did. Turned out, she is "related" to the owner! This women's name is Sejal, I hope NOBODY has the misfortune to deal with her ever! The owner should be aware of this person's behaviour. She will driver away good...
