First time visiting this location (Saturday June 3rd, 2023 in the 11:38am - as recorded on drink) as I came in with a friend who frequents this store. IT DIDNāT GIVE the Starbucks experience Iām use to. I am big on customer service which Starbucks is known for but not completely today.
In reference to the cashier this day: No smile upon greeting was offered and no assistance with clarifying my order was provided, she didnāt even ask for my name to put on the order (lol)! I requested for an Oat milk substitute for my Caramel Frappe and later asked for whip cream (as I know whip is dairy, they may have thought I wouldnāt want the topping since I requested for Oat milk) to which cashier responded, āit comes with whip cream.ā It felt like a snide remark cause of the the tone in which it was said. Rather she shouldāve asked me before I confirmed to still add the whip, āas youāve requested Oat milk, do you still want the dairy whip cream on top?ā
The cashier also did not ask if I collected points - when I asked can we collect our points after the payment was made (cause clearly I forgot, however, I believe the onus is on the business to encourage their customers to participate in the brandās reward system) the response was a nonchalant, āno.ā No apology was offered until I mentioned, āyou shouldāve asked,ā at this point I was annoyed with her attitude. Only then was an extremely passive āsorryā was given as the cashier called to the next customer immediately after.
Though my first impression interaction was not ideal, the barista that made my friend and Iās order was pleasant. She delivered on the standard service Starbucks is known for which is kind and considerate. This barista went the mile to ask if I still wanted the whip (it was like she read my mind) and I confirmed. Because of her - my one turned into a two star. I should mention, I did peep that the cashier smiled with customer after me but the one after him she was back act her unpleasant facial expression. It REALLY GAVE, she wanted to go home.
I donāt know if the restaurant has a survey url on their receipts as I was not offered my receipt, however, I wanted to share my experience (which could very well be a one-off) and hope that this reaches the store to review for improvement. I also want to stress that my friend and I were very nice and respectful and in no way initiated the negative interaction to warrant my experience. I donāt think Iāll be back but as my friend is a regular, I hope this review encourages a more positive experience for her moving forward being that this location is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTypical bad Sunday service. Sunday, June 25, 2023. Me and a guy came into this Statbucks and waited and waited and waited to be served. There were about 5 baristas behind the counter and non of them stopped what they were doing to serve us.
After about 5 mins of standing and waiting a barista came to serve us. He looked right past the guy in front of me asked me what I could get. I politely pointed to the guy in front of me (who was kinda of to the side a bit) and said he was here first. The barista didnāt know what to do and asked me again if he could help me and again I pointed to the guy in front of me. The barista said oh and walked away and continued to do what he was doing before.
After waiting another 5 mins the same barista came back asked me again if he could help me. I said again that the other guy was here first and to help him first. He said again if he could help me and again I said that guy was her first. Thatās when the other guy got upset and said to the barista ā oh you want to serve himā, even though he was there first, and walked out.
Iāve never seen such poor and rude service at a Starbucks before. Completely ignoring a customer that was first in line.
And on top of all of that, Starbucks being a multimillion dollar company is asking for tips when you pay debit. Like charging $5 plus a drink isnāt enough. The nerve of a multimillion dollar company to ask for a tip is just unbelievable.

First of all, they do not know how to make cold foam at all. I literally order cold foam every single day when I go to the Starbucks and they only make vanilla cold foam they do not know how to make lavender cold foam or salted caramel, cold foam, or white chocolate, cold foam, they all taste the same - just plain vanilla. They really need to train the staff on how to properly make the drinks because even when I order a simple ice vanilla latte with blonde espresso, they do not add vanilla in or they failed to put blonde espresso into the vanilla latte.
