I did not get any sandwich here, I just really enjoy the subway cookies. The staff was extremely rude, I was standing at the register waiting and no one was at the counter, another two people came in and were getting sandwiches, they eventually called out, “hello?” And a staff member came. I was first in “line” at the register since I was only getting cookies, she asked if I was getting a sandwich and I said no so she served the other couple first and I had to wait the whole time.
The thing that was pretty ridiculous and a little funny to me was that there was two prices listed - 1 cookie $1.39, 6 cookies $8.49?????? (Shouldn’t the price be less per cookie if you’re buying more?)
Regardless, I pointed this out to the cashier and she was very rude to me, to the point where the other couple actually defended me to her saying I was just confused about the price.
I bought the cookies and left, my husband who was in the car with the kids said it took over 20 minutes.
So I agree with the other reviews, clearly there is a lot wrong here and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location due to the unacceptable behavior of one of the employees. I ordered nachos, but the staff member was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. They barely served any toppings, and when I politely asked for proper portions, their response was, “Subway is putting very cheap deals that aren’t affordable for us,” and continued to give very minimal quantities of everything.
To make things worse, the employee made a racially insensitive remark and, instead of addressing my concerns, brushed me off by saying, “Anyways, my shift is finishing in a few minutes.” This type of behavior is not only rude but also completely unacceptable—especially when it involves racial bias and poor customer service.
I hope Subway management takes this seriously. Customers should never feel disrespected or discriminated against. This experience has definitely made me reconsider coming back to...
Read moreI went to this Subway on May 9th around 5:10 PM for a tuna sandwich. The cashier charged me extra for “additional cheese” — even though I never asked for it and he didn’t add any. When I pointed it out, he lied and claimed I had agreed. I clearly hadn’t, and I saw he used only the regular amount.
When he realized I caught him, he offered a free drink instead of refunding the extra charge. I later read reviews and saw similar stories from other customers — this is clearly a pattern.
It’s very disappointing that Subway allows such dishonest practices and shows poor supervision. This location — and perhaps the whole chain — deserves to be boycotted by customers until they fix their standards. We work hard for our money — we shouldn’t be cheated...
