Most likely the last time coming to this location.
We had a list of subs we wanted to grab for the family and had the first 3 made correctly, but there was a simple misunderstanding about the last sub. We kindly asked for the sub to be remade but received push back from staff citing waste.
Although anyone would understand the sub would go to waste, it simply wasn’t what we wanted- we just wanted the remake. My wife and I were then standing at the front for 15 minutes confused and did argue with the lady who said “It was your fault as to why the sub was wrong.”
First of all, blame shouldn’t have been placed on us at any time no matter how agitated workers may have been. Regardless of fault, we weren’t gonna pay for a sub we didn’t want - bottom line.
We were forced by the lady at subway to pay for the wrong sub amidst the original misunderstanding and it didn’t go well. We ended up leaving the restaurant having paid for the correct subs. Mistakes happen at fast food restaurants, why am I being forced to pay for it and have staff be reluctant to remake a sub that would’ve got them the sale? Lol, I don’t know.

Read moreWent to subway after working 8 hours went in waited 5 minutes then was helped then all of a sudden I was pushed aside cause some Indian mother and daughter wanted another meal. Not a problem so I waited then I was asked what I wanted. The two girls was very rude asking then the woman and mother came back pushing me aside cause they forgot something. The girl stopped helping me then went to help them. Long story short took me 15 min to get my order when I was in at this point for 25 min. I went to my car to eat and the wrap completely fell apart it was like my wrap turned into a messy salad in my hands. This is disgraceful the sevice and being pushed aside not once but twice. As well at checkout when I went to pay and the mother and daughter needed a drink cause they forgot. So guess what I was pushed aside again when I was about to pay. So guess what I have over 1000 followers I'm gonna tell every single one of them if this is not resolved I want compensation for the mess I had to deal with like I'm not paying for overpriced food to not be able to eat it in the end after working in the sum for 8 hours....
Read moreI’ve never had an issue with this location before today. I went in around 00:15 and no one was behind the counter. I could hear someone using their phone in the back area so I called a few times and no one came. I went over where I could see into the back and I could see someone sitting there on their phone and I called and they completed ignored me. They we sitting right next to the security camera monitor so they obviously were just to lazy to get off their phone to do their job. I called a few more times louder so they could hear me but clearly whatever they were watching on their phone was more important then doing their job.
