Friday night at 11pm November 16, 2018

If I could rate this place a zero I would, but Google starts at 1 star, which this place doesn't even deserve.

This was the first Friday I had off in months, and I was so excited to go out and have a good time with my friends, but after I was ignored, belittled and felt like I had no value, I wish I never came here in the first place.

Me and my friends came in and seated ourselves as the sign said. The server in our section had a huge table, so we patiently waited for her to finish up with them. 15 min went by and still she had not visited our table. We waved at her to signal that we were waiting for her and she waved back at us so we thought she was going to serve soon. 5 more minutes went by and we still hadn't been seen and didn't have menus. We were hungry so I just go up and got menus for us myself from the hostess stand.

After another 5 minutes the server came by and took our order. No apology and no introduction.. very cold. I could feel the stress emanating from her. It took her another 5-10 minutes just to get our drinks. When our food came, there was no cutlery and no condiments on the table. No one came to our table to give this to us. I had to get up and take cutlery from the hostess stand myself and ask the bartender for ketchup and vinegar.

When we finished, the dirty plates stayed on our table for a whole second round of drinks, start to finish we were drinking amidst a dirty table. Finally when she came to clear the plates she asked if we were ready for the bill, as if to quickly get rid of us.

At this point me and my friends were all in a bad mood from the way we were treated. When she came with the terminal to cash us out, I tipped her $2 on a $30 bill out of pity - unfortunately my friends were less forgiving and did not tip her at all due to the poor service. When the final transaction went through, she THREW the last receipt at my friend clearly annoyed and walked away abruptly without a goodbye or a thank you. That was what made me feel the worst. I was treated terribly all night and then felt penalized by our server because we felt she did not deserve a tip.

I would have talked directly to a manager or the owner about how my experience was, but a violent fight had erupted in the parking lot outside and my friends and I no longer felt safe at this pub - we left quickly upon seeing the fight outside.

Do not bring your friends here, do not bring your family here. To our server - you should not be in the food and bev industry. You turned what was supposed to be a nice day off into a degrading experience. This is coming from a server ...which is why I tipped you...

EVERY bar, that has been at this location has totally failed. The Wild Goose, owns the bar business in the Centennial Park area. So it would be nice to have some decent choice, in the area.

But like every other bar, that has been in this spot before - They are very confused to what they want to be. The Bull has MANY nice TV's for sports. But they fail to purchase Boxing, UFC, and premium sports packages, for customers to watch... Therefore, not being a REAL sports bar/pub.

Friday/Sat nights, have LOUD club music, with DJ. Ok, so now it wants to be a club. Because the music is very loud, and playing as it were a dance club. But no one is dancing, and the bar is empty. People are trying to watch sports, but cannot hear anything - nor talk to each other. Pick your theme BULL!!!

There has been ZERO promotion of this bar. Hardly anyone knows it is there. What it is for.. what events they are having.

If you want to be a sports bar - Make sure you have UFC, Boxing PAY PER VIEWS!! If you don't have this - they will just head over to Arizonas down the street, once 9-10pm hits.

If you want to be a dance bar/club - Make sure you have the right DJ's.. not just some whack DJ's trying their craft out, and seeing how loud they can play their crappy music. And I would be totally OK, with it being a club theme nights or whatever. Have Ladies specials..

I will state again - EVERY bar has failed, at this location. Ever since the plaza was built almost 30 years ago. I know, I worked at one past bar.

Oh, and stop calling yourself and English bar/pub. It is far, far, far, far from it. The menu does not represent this at all. Nor does the drink choice.

A fail - But is it too late to be saved!?!?! BETTER ACT QUICK!

Someone is really, really confused to what they want this bar to be. It is like they came into a bunch of money, and thought it would be "Fun"...

Too bad I’m considering this a terrible experience as our food was actually quite good. It was service that was sub par. After sitting down and ordering food for my son and I with another couple and their son, that’s where it all started. Our company received their food and ate it. Many other patrons that came in long after us ordered and received their food. Our company inquired as to why we had not received our food yet only to be told that she put all the orders in at the same time and groups of 8 usually need a reservation. While I admit, a few people did join our table long after we ordered and we were a table of 5 then. She then said they were busy and not appropriately staffed. She offered to bring me another water but that took 4 offers before one finallly arrived even those I said yes please each time. I finally asked to see the manager after still waiting 1/2 hour after everyone was finished eating. Before she even heard what my issue was she proceeded to tell me she understood I was waiting a long time and offered me a free appetizer for my next visit but I could use it today if I wanted. I didn’t want an appetizer, I wanted my lunch. She then proceeded to make excuses and in the end it was finally admitted that my son and my food was sent to another table.

If my son was not enjoying his friends company and wasn’t as hungry as he was we would have left in a heart beat. No accountability from the waitress or manager. Too bad as the food was good. I will never be back and I don’t recommend you attend either unless friendly, accountable service is not your thing. If they offer take out maybe consider it but check your order as when our table received their bills, there were several mistakes made...
