I order catering from Porta Via quite often for corporate events I run for work. They food is a 10/10 hit and people beg me to order from here every single time. I usually end up ordering the boxes to make it easier with the panini and salad and the paninis are so filling I always have half left over for dinner. Well worth it. I huge shout out to the kind gentleman who delivers from the Eglington location. He is always on time, extremely polite and goes out of his way to call in advance, when he is here and helps bring in the order if I need it (although I try to have a cart so he doesn't have to). He's the best! Their online ordering is perfect and if you have any dietary concerns I just have to write comments in and I have never had any issues with them accommodating. My department ordered from here today. The food was amazing. We all had different options from the menu.

The food was delicious. I ordered the Strip loin and smoked mozza panini. I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn’t expecting so much salad.

The salad was FRESH, like it was just picked! Lettuce, Spinach, shredded Carrots and Beats. I don’t even like beats and they tasted delicious. The salad dressing was very tasty.

The steak was lightly cooked. It was still pink. It melted in my mouth before I even started chewing.

I recommend this place. The price goes hand in hand with the quality. I have a big appetite and I was satisfied!

UPDATE: The food is great, but I’m really tired of having to point out basic hygiene issues after being a regular customer. Today at 2:30pm, the young woman at the cashier was cleaning the grill and (I also saw the chemical spray bottle behind with a rag and it’s possible she may have used it too), then handled our food without changing her gloves. She touched the till, the screen, and then handed us a greasy receipt—all with the same dirty gloves. When I raised the concern, she looked confused and said she understood - but it was in a way to get me to stop talking, AND still didn’t change her gloves before serving the next customer.
