After working in THP for a bit I have came to the executive hypothesis that this specific Tim Hortons has the most mentally-slow humans in all of the GTA. Now before you ask why am I making such a crazy remark, let me take you through my experience with these BOTS.
The first issue I have for this restaurant is the wait time for the line up, I’m a patient person when it comes to it being “uncontrollably busy” but when you have 3 workers doing nothing while one person is taking orders for 5-10 ppl it gets annoying. And yes, you can say “get the app, skip the lines” which I have installed on my phone, but the options and substitutions are extremely limited. Once you finally wait thru the dreadful line you are met with a worker who likely messes up your order by forgetting to take off an item that you requested, forgets to scan your coupon or your Tim’s card completely, and I do get that humans do make mistakes but when you ask them nicely to correct it you are met with attitude. Next the kitchen, the kitchen needs to open their eyes more before they accidentally injure somebody, multiple times where I would specify that I am extremely lactose and cannot have cheese and I would catch the workers putting cheese on my item. Also the kitchen needs to realize that if someone tells you that they’re order is incorrect that we are not attacking them, we just want our order right.
A few days ago I ordered a Grilled Cheese Melt. When I received the GCM, cheese wasn’t even melted, which is the machines fault and not the workers. When I asked them to reheat my sandwich for 5 seconds just so the cheese can melt I was met with attitude and the woman had to ask her supervisor… just for a 5 sec reheat????? Like if you guys have no application process just say that. And if you want your bad day to be worst just...

ORIGINAL:
There are multiple Tim Hortons in the hospital. Google Maps apparently is listing the western location which is not open 24Hrs but I’m reviewing the eastern location here, which is although bigger, open 24Hrs and has better seating, I had a negative experience there.
First, the staff is not helpful with determining which location I should use on the mobile app. They asked me to check the location and choose the closest one, but my order ended going to the other location because the app location feature was all wrong.
Second, on another day I tried to use the kiosks and attempted to scan the QR code on my mobile screen to use an offer, following the instructions, but it just wouldn’t work.
Third, decided to place the order through my mobile app. The monitor was showing the 8 or 10 orders before me currently in progress, and it took a long time and the screen wasn’t updating, and if not for me checking the counter in person and seeing my name on one of the receipts I could have waited much longer.
Fourth, the spicy buffalo chicken wrap was very leaky and made a mess. Certainly I won’t be...
Read moreI recently visited Tim Hortons and indulged in their variety offerings, The experience was nothing short of fantastic, with the flavors leaving a lasting impression.
The coffee was a perfect blend of richness and smoothness, delivering that comforting kick one expects from a quality cup of coffee. Tim Hortons' commitment to brewing excellence was evident in every sip, making it a go-to destination for coffee enthusiasts.
As for the garlic and herb accompaniment, it was a true culinary delight. The combination of garlic and herbs elevated the taste to new heights, adding a savory twist that complemented the coffee surprisingly well. The freshness of the herbs and the subtle garlic infusion created a harmonious balance of flavors that lingered on the palate.
What sets Tim Hortons apart is not just the quality of their offerings but also the overall ambiance and service. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff contributed to the overall positive experience, making it a place I would...
