Palma Pasta — Restaurant in Mississauga

We ordered from Palma's for our wedding Rehearsal Dinner and it was great! The food was delicious, even after sitting for an hour because our rehearsal ran longer than we expected. The ravioli impressed even the most picky Italian eaters - very very impressed with the quality at such a reasonable price. While the food was great, I was most impressed by the delivery man. Initially we scheduled our delivery to the venue knowing we'd have to pause the rehearsal momentarily to meet the final delivery time of 6pm. Well, we totally forgot about the delivery and when it dawned on my fiancee we realized the delivery man had been waiting patiently for us to finish our rehearsal. When we insisted we break he very courteously & happily insisted that we finish out the rehearsal, and watched on with glee. He waited until past 7pm for us, and provided one of the best displays of customer service I can remember. Will be recommending Palma to all family & friends for their events, and look forward to using them again...

This is the 2nd time Palma Pasta has absolutely MADE my 88 year old mom's birthday the best day ever! My Italian friend is the one who first told me that if I want authentic Italian food and baked goods Palms Pasta is the place to go. I use the one on 2325 Hurontario St, Mississauga, but I'm sure they're all great. I'm working on Chicago and can't be with my mom on these special birthdays, so every year I ask Palma to send an order of prepared foods and a plate of sweets. And every year my mother goes wild over this gift! She calls me over and over to tell me how much she loves it and how good it is. And the people at PP know they're helping me celebrate her special day, so they always knock themselves out to make it that much more special! I love these people and I'm so grateful! It's like sending my mom a great big Italian hug! Thank you and God...

I have been regularly visiting this location for a number of years now, since the vegetarian lasagna , egg plant parmesan, penne arrabiata and several other dishes are palatable but the employees behind the counter seem to experience difficulties especially when an immigrant like me (who speaks with an accent) tries to communicate his requirement in English. I would also suggest that they serve their customers with a smile, wish them and perhaps express their gratitude to all customers. Palma Pasta needs to understand that customers could have dietary restrictions and should take the trouble to explain or present all their vegetarian options instead of exhibiting an attitude.
