341 Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Mississauga

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Placed an order and realized that an hour had gone by.. called them up and asked what the deal was. Was told they were having car problems and the order would be on its way shortly. I asked if a discount could apply since it's been an hour, 'uhm $5 off' was the reply. Half hour later still no arrival of my order.. So I have been waiting for an hour and a half. I called the direct number and was told this was unacceptable and they would call the store and get back to me. They called back and said it was a new driver.. shortly after the door bell rings and here's the order. Over an hour and a half later. The delivery guy said they gave him the wrong street name and he travelled far. He said the order has been on the road for half an hour.. told him if I have to pay for this order I don't want it. He walked away. The delivery guy has infact been to my address before! I googled the street name he claimed they gave him and it doesn't even exist. I then called the direct number as I was told THREE different stories and all I got was 'sorry' ... Absolutely unacceptable in every way possible. Not impressed and will no longer be...

341 used to make really good pizza, however, that's not the case anymore. In the past 4 months I have encountered 3 major quality deficiencies. 1) Ordered a pizza to our home and not only did it take over an hour to arrive, it was stone cold. Called the restaurant to express our concerns and the employee who answered the phone was rude, lied about his name and was not accommodating at all. 2) Ordered a pizza for pick up and it was not cut. Although the pizza appeared to look cut, it was only superficial. Then when I went to cut it, the pizza it fell apart in the centre because the crust was so thin the sauce saturated it. I have never in my life had a pizza with such thin crust, literally paper thin. BTW - I did not order thin crust, even if I did, what I received was unacceptable.. 3) I walked in one evening to order a pizza and paid cash. The same employee who handled the cash, went on to make my pizza without washing his hands. I immediately cancelled my order and asked for a refund. 341 really needs to employ better staff or they will continue to...

So so dissatisfied with this location! My husband and I are regulars we love their wings and have spent a ton of money there BUT my last experience was horrible. I called to place an order for pick up the man on the phone said "I'm busy I cant take your order come in".. although I was taken aback by that comment I got in the car and drove 15 minutes there. I got there and there was a woman who was clearly on drugs making everyone feel very uncomfortable and the man making the food didnt look at the line of people waiting to order food.. I stood there for 20 minutes TWENTY !!!!! MINUTES !!!!! he didnt say a word he ignored us.. not a "hey I'm busy you'll have to wait" " I'm sorry for the wait give me a couple minutes" NOTHING.. ring the bell.. nothing.. I walked out and will NEVER go there again. Learn a thing or two about...
