UPDATE UPDATE
I have been a long time Tim Hortons customer since all the way back in 1970 with the first few Tim Hortons. I will never go to another coffee shop, nor have I ever had a bad experience. Until today... An employee named Anhu (Short Rude Indian Employee with a Blue Shirt) at Tim Hortons ruined my night and my coffee. I asked for a hot coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar (my normal late night coffee order.) This is a location I normally don’t go to but I had to pick up my kid from daycare early at 10am because my sweet baby had a stomach ache and really wanted a warm chocolate to feel better as my 3 year old wanted sometimbits . But what she did to me was DISGUSTING. She said “Pull up *.” I was appalled. My 3 year old and 7 year old were in the car. My 7 year old said “What’s a * mommy.” So as the parent and customer I am, I told her that her behavior was gross. She replied saying “Ok, and? That’s what you get .” My 3 year started crying. I said let me speak to your manager. She said no. I demanded a manager. She said “I am the manager **..” Which she is not. I asked for my coffee for free for the disturbance. She climbed into my car with my kids in the car saying “WHERES YOUR CARD?” She grabbed my wallet and put 5 cards into her pocket. I tried to drive off when she grabbed my car. She threw hot coffee on me and my baby and smashed my window. She said she didn’t mean to and it just DROPPED so why did I GET HOT COFFEE ON MY TESLA?? I drived off terrified. My kids are crying, she tried to steal my credit cards, she ruined my car, and more. I want her fired immediately.
UPDATE UPDATE: (IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER WHO REPLIED)
Oh YES. I most certainly will report this EMPLOYEE with NO remorse for any customer and demonstrates HORENDOUS customer experience skills. My 7 year was cheering and JUMPING for joy because of their camp day because it INSPIRED him to be a better person but after this, it only taught my child to have HORRENDOUS manners and I’m worried he’s gonna cuss out customers like this Annuh woman does. Disgusted is an understatement and I made sure to let all my Facebook friends know about this. All my friends who are MOTHERS of students at St. Veronica Elementary AND CARE FOR HUMAN DECENCY have been repulsed by this. As a woman, I feel targeted for hatred especially when there was NO MAN in the passenger seat to defend me. This is an obvious example of casual ableism and this woman who painfully has an attitude proved it.
From the few times that I came to this location, I had WONDERFUL experiences with employees like Brian or Raye who were GOOD employees who RESPECTED ME AND MY ORDER. After I posted on FACEBOOK THIS INCIDENT my DEAR FRIEND wrote this about this HORRIBLE store: The employee said “This is a coffee shop, it’s coffee Ma’am”. When I asked a simple question to confirm if my coffee was truly decaf. THAT IS SO DISGUSTING TO DO TO A PAYING CUSTOMER. I want old management back who don’t treat customers like DIRT AND ARE ACTUALLY NICE. Have some remorse for once.
And Let Annuh know that I have sent a report and am waiting for a call back PRONTO on this matter. I won’t stop until she pays for the trauma she inflicted on me. I won’t stop until she gets what she paid for and maybe one day she will get thrown PIPING HOT COFFEE in her direction. But because I am so kind, I don’t wish that on her because I AM A GOOD PERSON, Get that Annuh? Treating others the way you want and DESERVE to be treated. So Tim Hortons please give me a call back I have emailed my phone number and I EXPECT some compensation back.

I have been a loyal customer at the Tim Hortons cafe located at Mavis/Central Parkway in Mississauga for 12 years. However, my recent visit on May 9 was distressing due to an incident involving a person experiencing homelessness who physically pushed me.
The incident occurred while I was inside the cafe. The individual approached me, began yelling, used offensive language, and then pushed me. This aggressive behavior made me feel unsafe, and I was disappointed by the lack of response from the staff and management.
Given my long-standing patronage, I expected the cafe to handle such incidents promptly and ensure customer safety. Unfortunately, no one intervened, the manager was absent, and the staff took no action. Considering that I was physically pushed, it's crucial for the manager to address this behavior and ensure customers feel safe.
I suggest that Tim Hortons improve their safety protocols, including training staff on handling such incidents and knowing when to call security or the police. It's crucial for customers to feel safe while visiting the cafe.
Thank you for considering my feedback. I hope to see improvements that will restore the sense of safety and security that I've valued in my 12 years...

If you're craving a quick bite and a coffee before work – keep driving. Or better yet, pack a sandwich and spare yourself the existential dread that is this Tim Hortons experience.
My husband and I ordered two bagels and two cappuccinos (one with oat milk – a seemingly simple request in 2025). We somehow ended up returning to the counter three times, trying to correct what felt like a comedy sketch gone wrong.
The core issue? Nobody on staff appeared to understand or communicate in English, the official language of the country we're all standing in. It's not just frustrating – it's baffling. Is there anyone here who speaks English fluently? Anyone?
What should've been a five-minute snack turned into a 90-minute survival exercise. By the time we finally got what we ordered, we were too drained to enjoy it.
If you enjoy chaos, guesswork, and elevated blood pressure – this place is for you. If you're hoping for coffee and a competent interaction in...
