Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

Update: You would think the staff took initiatives to improve after such a review, but no. The place id still messy and tables dirty. The staff is still unresponsive and take your orders with no life in their eyes. Give these employees a break they so desperately need😒 I frequent this place as it’s close to my work. I have mixed opinions about this place because some of the employees are so nice but the rest look as if they’re being forced to be there. One of the older ladies with glasses tries to be nice but has trouble understanding you. The other older lady will see that you’re up next but will ignore you in favor of whatever she’s doing behind the counter and stare down at you instead. One of the boys with glasses has zero patience and absolutely no tolerance. One lanky boy has long locks, wears a hairnet but his hair is hardly ever in the net. There is a stout man, very jovial. One chubby girl is their best. The rest of the girls can’t be arsed to take your order if you don’t insist can I please order I’ve been waiting at the cash counter for long. 🤓I like to come to Tim Hortons for their tea, I used to love the canadian maple donut, but most places do not have it.👎

This kind of has totally affected my entire outlook on coffee shops and especially Tim Hortons as a chain.💔

This location is kind of awkward when it comes to lining up. The staff have always tried to do a good job over the years.🥰

The standards have gone down the drain Tim Hortons used to be my favorite but I feel I keep getting the same type of service now days really unprofessional, out of order and never mind if you can actually order something because everything seems to be made the wrong way the French vanilla became like seconds cup back in 2011 terrible no service no standards. In this location plus all of the above the night shift is rude and seem to be portionion food in a wierd manner, I had a beggle with cream cheese and I swear to God the cream chesse was unexciting it was so little at so spread it letterly looked like butter when I open it after like 2 minutes I had to trow it I was sad I hate throwing food but it looked disgusting and the French vanilla I swear in the past 16 years of my life I did had such a bad French vanilla almost like the Starbucks one terrible am so disappointed I could cry. I just had to write this am sorry but I feel this is a standard now getting this type of service 85%...
