Read moreI recently had an absolutely terrible experience at the Pizza Pizza location at Eglinton & Oakwood on Saturday night of August 24 . Not only was the customer service appalling, but the blatant disregard for basic human decency and health regulations was shocking.
When I visited, the customer washroom was out of order. I politely requested to use the employee washroom as I urgently needed to go. The cashier, who appeared to be of Indian descent, flatly refused. Despite explaining that I couldn’t wait any longer, he completely ignored my plea and walked away to the back of the building without a word. This is not just rude—it’s a violation of basic health, safety, and human welfare standards that should be upheld in Canada.
A restaurant has a responsibility to provide adequate facilities for its customers, especially when the advertised ones are unavailable. Failing to do so is unacceptable.
