I’ve visited Café-deli Clémentine more than once, on previous visits I tried one of their sandwiches, though I don’t recall the names now.
What stood out to me this time wasn’t immediate. I was seated near the back door, and every time someone opened it, a strong, fresh coffee aroma drifted in. Later, I found out that the coffee grinding machine next door was the source. Being from Bengaluru, India (a place that loves its coffee ), I couldn’t help but enjoy that moment, even though I don’t actually drink coffee! LOL
The café itself feels cozy, bright, and calm (though of course, that can depend on the crowd).
I ordered a hot chocolate, the portion was perfect for a sweet dessert drink, and it was wonderfully frothy, just how I like it.
When I visited early in the morning, the place had such a warm, local feel. Everyone seemed to know each other, greeting, smiling, and shaking hands. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the charm.
I was there for a meetup, and the space fit that relaxed, conversational vibe perfectly. It’s a good spot for friends, casual work catch-ups, or solo visits. I’ll definitely return to explore the rest of the menu next time.

Read moreI've been doing my rounds to different cafes since I moved to Moncton and this one has been frequently travelled too.
I was introduced to Cafe Clementine through a friend sometime around 2016 and most surprisingly, their food has barely changed in 2023, which I commend them on because I have had to drop so many places due to food quality dropping. They have great sandwiches of all kinds. My personal favorites are the Tuna melt, breakfast sandwich and the smoked salmon bagel. They also have vegetarian options such as the végé-pâté. Their Kalypso salad is also SO GOOD and one of my favorites' as well. One suggestion I may have is that I'd love to see some desserts offered there as sometimes I'd like something other than a sandwich or blueberry loaf... I also have a feeling they would make superb desserts.
For drinks, their Mocha latte is a crowd pleaser, as is their mint iced tea, which is a personal favorite of mine. They honestly have such a good variety of caffeinated drinks, as well as teas, smoothies and juices. I think anyone could find something they would like there.
Staff is not overly friendly, but friendly enough and they are also frequently busy. The parking lot is nearly always full when I drop by and they certainly have their regulars.
Overall, great place, great food and...
Read moreMy first time typing a google review… Normally this isn’t my “go to” cafe Monday morning's to work/read. I decided to come to cafe clementine for a change, I walk in with a bag so barista should assume I am sitting in and to bring to me so I did not have to walk back to get it (not the biggest issue just the other cafe I typically go to does). I order a vanilla iced latte, (nobody called the order) a couple minutes go by and I get up to grab it. The wifi was not connecting so I had to use my personal hotspot from my phone (again not a huge problem but these minor issues make experience not the best). I try my coffee after mixing it a bit (as flavoured lattes always need a mix) still tasted like a bitter water taste. I threw out my coffee and left to go to my go to cafe. On a positive note, paintings on wall were...
