My fiance and I gave Carrabba's Italian Grill a try tonight. They are located in the Hyatt Place o the corner of Main St. and Canada St. I didn't get the waiter's name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He brought us the traditional Italian basket of bread and a plate of olive oil with so.e chopped herbs. It was delicious focaccia bread. We started with the Spinach Fonduta ($12.90). Baked fontina and gruyere cheese with spinach, served with toasted focaccia. This was hands down the worst spinach dip I've ever had. There was plenty of spinach to see but none to taste whatsoever. It was very runny and flavorless overall. I'd never bother to spend my money on it again, in fact, I wouldn't even bother with it if they offered it for free. For out main courses, the finance got the Carrabba's Italian Classics ($30.50). Its kind of a sampler plate of Chicken Parm, Lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo. I got the Chicken Trio ($38.00). Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa Maria and Chicken Marsala. Mine came with the choice of a side, I got pasta with a light tomato sauce and basil. After the disappointment with the spinach dip, we were not expecting much flavor in the mains, but let me tell you!!!! EVERY bite on both of our plates, was a grand slam, home run. Both of our meals were 10/10 and we were COMPLETELY blown away with how amazing it was. We are so excited to try everything on their menu. Do yourself a favor and go here ASAP.

Our experience was made truly wonderful by our incredible, hard-working waitress Katherine! Katherine deserves some major recognition because while she was giving us (and her other tables) top-notch, efficient service, the rest of the waitstaff, including a man we suspect to be the manager, stood around joking with each other. At one point, when Katherine was busy serving another table since she was the only one truly working, my party of 3 stared directly at the man in the suit for several minutes hoping for acknowledgement. He pretended not to see us and when he'd finished flirting with the waitress at the counter, he took some desserts out to the patio. We got the vibe that there was someone important on the patio and the staff (other than amazing Katherine) did not care much about the patrons inside. Our meal was delicious, and despite the complete lack of support from her team, Katherine was attentive, friendly, and professional. We probably won't be back, given the way the place was run, but perhaps on a different night it would be a different experience.

We went to try the Valentine menu. The food was soooo good! It's been a while since we found a place that feels like a night out. So Carrabba's was perfect!. The soups were a little on the sweeter side but delicious! The chicken was well done! So juicy and full of flavor. The portion sizes are huge... so don't expect to finish everything. I took the tiramisu home and it was a nice little treat for the next day... the only things i would say that was absolutely disappointing was my drink. The server made a great recommendation with the guava flavored drink but it was sooooo sweet. She also also tried to fix it by adding some lemonade to it.. but at that point i already had lost interest in the drink. Appreciate the server's effort thou. Its been a while so can't remember the server's name. She was amazing too!

I would love to be giving a great review however I did not even get the chance to try this place. I booked their private room for my parents 50th wedding anniversary dinner in May way back in February. I booked a long time out as we had family taking time off work and traveling from Fredericton, St. Andrews, Quispamsis and organizing between travel from Alberta as well as Myrtle Beach! There were 19 lives to coordinate and come together to celebrate. The morning of the reservation I called to give them a final head count as when I made the reservation, we were estimating how many were going to be able to come. We had given them the number of 18-21. Imagine my surprise when I was told at 1145 am that my 445 reservations of their private room had been cancelled. No call. Nothing. I was told that they had a wine group coming in and that they were going to be given the room. When I told them I had made this reservation months ago; their idea of accommodating was to simply tell me that “Well they have the room, but we can just put you into the restaurant”. I was honestly speechless as we had booked Carrabba’s based on my Aunt’s recommendation as she routinely books large groups here for work. When the lady who answered the phone and advised me of the change offered me to speak with the manger, I agreed. However, I guess there was something else more important than my/ our business going on at that very moment as well since when she came back to the phone I was told “I spoke with my manager, and she told me that the reservation of the room was cancelled and it would not be changed.” The manager would not even speak with me themselves. It was a message through another employee. At that time, since THEY had cancelled the reservation of the room, I advised them that we no longer needed their services that evening and would be finding another restaurant. And we did. There is another restaurant in Moncton that has an incredible review coming and they went above and beyond to help us out of the jam that Carrabba’s put us in. Perhaps they just thought they would have us ‘stuck’ and we would have no choice and they would have both reservation groups. I don’t know. But let’s just say there is another restaurant in town that will now be getting all of our future business including corporate that was...

I ordered take out pizza over the phone prior to my pickup from the hotel. The female took a clear order over the phone and the instruction on how to pack the pizza sliced into the small box rather than a big flat box since I am a crew member and have to put the box inside my bag. I explained the timeline for pickup of pizza and my hotel pickup suggesting obviously the pizza needs to be done latest at a taxi pickup and gave them 1:30 h to get it done. The restaurant was not busy, just a few guests. I kept waiting at the entry desk and no one approached me for a few minutes. Then, I asked the server at the bar to call someone as I need to go. The food server came and after sometime came back with the 4 big pizza boxes, each big box had only one slice in it. I tried to make a joke of me going through the airport with the four pizza boxes in uniform. The female server ( possibly in-charge) got really offended by my remark and took boxes back to repack them while I waited again for a long time considering I was holding up the pickup.. What they were doing in the kitchen I do not know...... I asked the bar server to tell them to just give me a piece of foil to pack my pizza as I needed to be out the door now. The female server came out and scalded me that I was 'yelling'. I just needed to go asap as everyone waited for me because of her inability to follow simple instruction. No common sense, lack of professionalism and inability to apologize in a way that is honest to be accepted. She could not accept humor, apologiized in dismissive manner that created very sour and shocking experience. She claimed I was 'aggressive' to the server. She caused and created the whole incident due to her inability to follow simple instructions and putting the male server in situation with no direction and then bringing tension and stress on everyone. Dishonest apology. Too bad! It must be tough to work with this person. I love the hotel, but will...

Great Italian Food First time at this place & will return again. Service and Atmosphere top notch. We both started with our, appetizer "Margherita Pizza" we both thought if the rest of our food tastes like this, we're in for treat tonight. Next item up was our soup that was part of our main meal. Soup "Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup" I've tasted soup before but not like that. This is a (5*+) to start with. I can't explain the taste except WOW. My Love had: "Chicken Trio" (GF) three different types of chicken and her side was "Penne Pomodoro" She also gave a (5*) on this dish. Tasted awesome. Even I had a piece of each, I also agree. I had the "Simply Grilled Salmon" (GF) (med well) you get your choice on, how you would like it. Other place's you receive a piece of salmon. My side was the "Sauteed Broccoli" ... Another perfection dish. I'll rate has a (5*) On top of all, we were part of a party of 12 with a reservation for 7:30 pm. On arrival table was ready with the 12 of us showing up at the same time. Water was placed on the table. Waitress gave us few minutes to settle in and look over the drink menu. After dropping off our drinks gave us few minutes to look over the food menu. Drinks came together, all appetizers came together, when we were done cleared the table for our main dish. Once again everything was received at the same time. I can't remember our group going out together and have something get mixed up. Didn't feel rushed. Great job hats off for the crew at Carrabba's Thank-you again for a wonderful...
