Halo Donuts — Restaurant in Moncton

As a family we enjoy Halo Donuts. My son requested a "donut cake" for his birthday party. Basically I get donuts and put them on a tiered stand. He and his friends love this and its an easy way to have everyone get to choose what they like. This year I was able to pick up what they call day old donuts, they are in the freezer!! Love that they offer this as it helps with the cost when needing a lot of donuts. I realized I would want more than what I needed, they told me I could check back in the following morning to see if they had more. Also offering for me to just call in and check. The next morning I called and was delighted to find out they had more. I explained I couldn't get there until a certain time and she said that was no problem she would put them aside for me. She even told me which flavors she had. It's was prefect and the service was amazing. Thank you my son was delighted to have his donut cake. Of course the donuts tasted delishes and the kids...

Been a little bit since my lovely wife Pat and I have been here. We were out with our precious 2 dogs and decided, out of the blue, to stop in at this Halo Donuts. Wide selection, as always, but we restricted ourselves to one each (not counting the dogs). I went with the beautifully inviting lemon filled, sugar crusted donut. Pat went with a caramelly type one (I'm bad, didn't pay attention as my mind was on the lemon one). Lovely hostess let us take our time picking, I must note. We both ate our Donuts in the car. Actually, I had to jump out since I noticed I started wearing some of the sugary coating. Always been satisfied with Donuts here. Little pricier than those factory processed type of Donuts but so much better when made freshly and with good ingredients. Sometimes we do get what we pay for. Nice treats here. Noticed many other treats available but we were just here for a donut each and we do, at times, try to watch...

So disappointed. This was my second time at Halo and first time and the Gorge Road location. The staff were so rude. I wanted the Halo Box but was not clear on which doughnuts were raised and which were cake. I asked for 5 raised when I only needed 4, but I thought a raised one was a cake one. I’m not sure why they’re not labelled which are which. The two women laughed at me when there was clearly just a misunderstanding and the man working said, “That’s why I corrected you” but I’m not sure what he was correcting me on? The doughnuts are amazing but I’m just so surprised at how disrespectful the three staff were. Halo is one of those places that everyone talks about and I was so excited to go back to, especially since they’re so close to my house now, but I really can’t I was just treated like that by a...
