I must say that Second Cup Coffee Co on Mountain Road owened and operated by Qi (Jade) Yu is an absolute embaressement for Our Canadian Coffee Franchise's Second Cup Second Cup You Seriously must re-evaluate partnership's in this franchise. Today early this morning I had a very unfortunate experience with Jade herself. As well, her female employee was present to see first hand how Not to treat a paying customer For the last few mths I have been visiting Champlain Mall Second Cup as well as the Second Cup on Mountain Roud. My signature Drink..a small cup,Tall Long shot, Latte Lac free, x-hot, 1 pump of vanilla free.. when I first visited this establishment my Signature drink was 4 something in change..as the visit contunued at Second Cup at Both locations my price for my Signature drink changed.. I was patient as I worked in a Signature Coffee shop in Vancouver BC - Blenz. understand it take a a few tries before you have a signature Drink down packed.. however after the fifth visit you should have a small clue on what the drinks cost and how it's made some.. Jade shared with me today that she was charging the wrong price beforehand and today I had to start paying the correct price. I'm confused as now I have to pay almost 6$ for my Signature drink.. thank God all this conversation was recorded on her instore video as the behaviour she expressed is completely un- orthadoxed for an Adult business owner. I shared with Jade unfortunately for the last few mths at this location as well as the one in Champlain Mall my price has always been 4.89 plus I tip.. as I keep my reciets for work purposes Jade shared that she will no longer provide service at this location or Champlain Mall and asked me to leave.. OMG was what was going through my mind.. did this really just happen over a coffee because you were unsure how to handle this situation with a paying customer. Very disappoint nevertheless I'll be Blogging this incident to all my blogging friends/ FB / as well as many sites were Second Cup Co promotes themselves I shall be contacting Second Cup Co franchise to share my concerns. As this is unacceptable behaviour.. I take Great Pride in my Canadian culture. Always tend to spend were Canadian companies are to keep then thriving and alive. this has left a terrible taste, pardon the pun in my mouth..

This being said and done I shimmed off to Starbucks were they shared Absolutely we can make this drink.. key words.. it's Your Signature Drink.. I might add my Small cup, Tall Long shot, Latte Lac Free, x-Hot, 1 pump of sugar free vanilla was amazing .. i will be back, bring all my modelling/ entertainment business partners...

The rewards program changed (changes from the head office) on 21/04. Went there 2 weeks ago and bought 4 drinks, used my punch cards. I had 3 free drinks at the time, but told staff I wanted to keep them. No one informed us that the rewards program was changing soon. Went today and tried to use a card for a free drink - they told us they did not honor those anymore under strict direction from the owners. If I had known, I would have used my 3 free drinks last time. While I understand the rewards program is changing (which by the way will take twice the amount of coffees to get a free one), it would just have been common sense and good customer service to honor the cards that were already started.I went to another Second Cup location in the same city (different owner/manager) and used their card. While they couldn't punch it anymore (there were 2 punches on there already), they gave us 1$ off of our coffee which was appreciated. The amount of money is minimal, it's just the principle. Apparently Second Cup on Gorge Road does not care about their loyal customers. Fortunately, there are plenty of coffee chains/shops...
