SPORTS ROCK MONCTON — Restaurant in Moncton

Unfortunately this sports rock holds watch party’s did the Moncton wildcats away games. I really enjoy going to these watch parties until tonight I had realized how poorly managed these nights are. I had been waiting for an hour until a waitress came around telling us they are a full house but yet people still have been going through because of their friends saving them a spot. I think it is crazy that this is allowed but reservations on these nights aren’t allowed. I had waited around and waited around and been told that they are a full house and can’t take no more people, but still people coming through to find their friends, it’s sad to see. Which is also unbelievable is that the waitress had told us there was a person there since 3pm that day waiting till 8 saving seats. If people are allowed to hold up place for 3-8pm then why are we not allowed reservations. I came out of there not happy...

Took over 20 minutes for us to get our food order. Waitress checked up on the 3 tables surrounding us as: Table 1 (11 people)- Checked in 7 times Table 2 (3 people)- Checked in 9 times Table 3 (7 people)- Checked in 7 times In the span of 60 minutes. Myself and my boyfriend were NOT Checked on ONCE during our time wasted here. From when we got our meal until we left we were not asked for drink refills, food quality, or extra condiments. Our drinks were both empty, and had received 0 customer service from the main and extra servers for the entire time spent here. Poor sports rock. I’ve been going there for years for breakfast as it is usually fast and convenient. I know the menu pretty well and I’m a big eggs Benedict fan and they never had it on the menu. Just went today and they now offer it so I thought I’d give it a try. OMG. It was laughable. Do yourself a favour and don’t order the eggs Benny. It was a fried egg instead of poached which I have never seen before. And the hollandaise sauce was tasteless and you can tell was one of those premade packages For almost 20 dollars a plate, I was expecting much more than this slop. Sports rock.
