Usually food is great but odd time its hit or miss. Yesterday Valentines day, ordered take out and it was so awful. Sweet and Sour chicken wasn't cooked and soggy. The entire meal was disgusting and we couldn't even eat it. The dogs wouldn't even eat it.$56 wasted and so disappointed. Im guessing maybe they had on a different cook becasue they were so busy. We are regulars here and usually love it as you can see my original 5 star comment below. I maybe should have called and complained and asked for a replacement meal when regular cook is working but ive heard this location won't do anything to rectify situation if you're not happy so didn't bother. The owners are usually always around and are really friendly. Downside is interior is in bad need of a facelift and the washrooms are so horrible that you would think the owners would be embarrassed to allow customers to see it. Service was good, but the restaurant served small, cold, portions with very little flavour. The coke was even served in a child sized plastic cup, I asked for a refill, and without being notified I was charged for it when I got my bill... That wouldn't have been a big deal except I paid $2.25 for each baby sized coke, $4.50 for fountain pop is steep. I ordered a combo #2, with a soup, pop and pop refill which came to just over $38 (not including tip). For the quality, quantity I would expect to pay less. I hope the establishment re-invests some of the profits from the pop to update the 30 year old furnishings. Never...

The food is not consistently good. We had dinner at the restaurant this evening, the food wasn't hot, the garlic spareribs were cold & dried out with no sauce. I think most of the food, including the egg rolls was left under a heating lamp or some type of warming devise way too long. The rice was cold and the chicken balls were dried out. The portion sizes are smaller than they used to be and the food was served on plastic plates which would have been acceptable if the food had been enjoyable and not dried out & cold.
