Terrible service! We were 3 people at our table, we ordered a pitcher of beer, which came with only 2 glasses; the waiter said he would bring the third one in a moment, but we waited, and waited, and signaled the waiter repeatedly, the third glass wasn't coming! The beer was getting warm, we were out on the patio, but no third glass! Then the food comes, brought by another guy, not the initial waiter; we ask him for a glass, he says it's not his problem, that we should ask the other guy. We tried to explain that we had been waiting for a long time (10-15 min at that point) for the other guy, he still didn't care. We asked him for ketchup and mayo for the fries, he said he would bring those. But he didn't. The friend without the glass went inside the restaurant to get a glass for himself, and he asked again for ketchup and mayo; we finished the food, without getting those. The patio cleared, the waiter was getting the payments for most of the tables, still ignoring us completely. When he finally reached our table, his excuse was that he was busy getting payments. I told him that, IMHO, he didn't have his priorities right: it would have taken him half a min to bring us the glass and condiments so we can enjoy our dinner, how bad would have been for the other tables to wait an extra 30 seconds to get their bills? With a sarcastic tone, he offered to bring condiments, even though he could see our plates were empty at that time... All this time, we could see several waiters idle inside the restaurant, chatting and laughing...
