Amir — Restaurant in Montreal

I'm not one to leave negative reviews on restaurants pages but if I'm being honest this is one of the worst shawarmas I've ever eaten. Where do I begin ?

1. The condiments are not balanced in the sandwich. A good shawarma should have a nice balance, this one was a salad wrap. I felt like I was eating a salad as opposed to a shawarma there was so much salad in the sandwich, so many tomatoes, the little meat that they had was bland and had a weird/chewy texture, and the bread was badly wrapped.

2. They put too much humus. There was nothing to balance out the humus.

3. Don’t listen to instructions. I asked for a spicy shawarma. I got a normal one

4. The bread is not “toasted” so it just gets soggy as the watery turnips softened it I bought these last year and they were great,

I don’t know what happened in between….some of those mistakes are too basic for an establishment like Amir to make (like putting too much salad, only too...

I am not surprise this place got 3.8, I wish I can give no star. First , I placed order online, got cancelled for no reason, then I placed again and called the store, the person said he is too busy. he accepted my order but did not metion there are 4.60 dollars delivery charge . they advertise online if spend over 20dollars is free delivery charge. when the driver shows up after 1 hour, He gave me 2 separate bills which is one for my online order, one for delivery charge! this is very sneaky, My order is over 120 dollars, the store added delivery charge by themselves! is your headoffice knows that you are doing like this? we are ordering lunch every week, you just closed your door by yourself! also you screwed up my 3 plates , salad instead of give rice, potato instead of rice . all screw up! your business will not last too long if you do like this. Good luck! I can promise you that you will never get any business from us...

The service is horrible here , They make a mistake in my boyfriends order and they also forget the Pepsi , I called and informed them that they made a mistake with the order and he said well is it ok and he will send the Pepsi in 4 min , We waited an hour and still no Pepsi. We called and no answer. We must of called for 30 min and finally got an answer , the guy was very rude on the phone , said that its just a Pepsi and that they have other customers, its a Pepsi that we paid for and also My boyfriend wasn’t send the correct food that we paid for so I don't get the attitude coming from this guy . The guy hung up on me . This was September 4 2025 around 4-6pm . I will never be eating here again or ordering here , the amount of disrespect coming from what sounds...
