We purchased 5 panettones for our friends and family. It was delicious and it is the BEST panettones we have ever eaten. I am used to the ones from the grocery stores…dry and non flavorful…so I always thought that panettones tasted like that! I was wrong, I was just eating bad panettones all along. The ones made by chef Sandro are the best. It is a bit pricier because it is made with top quality ingredients, it is fresh and made by a master pastry chef, not by a machine. This is all worth the money and we will go back to purchase their panettones for our loved ones. Everyone that tasted it were just so impressed and gave great compliments. It is not too sweet, and the flavors are just right per our older Italian friends. It is extremely fluffy and melts in your mouth. I cannot wait to go back to purchase their panettone and to try out their other delights like their bombolonis and fritelles. Each panettone came with a really nice paper gift bag so that you when you give it to someone, it is well presented and there is also a card that explains the conception of the panettone.
