Bar Chez Roger — Restaurant in Montreal

I went on a Saturday night at around 1am and the waitress told us it was closing soon. Very odd since it was closing at 3am. I asked if it was okay to order some shots and she gave us the dirtiest look and the worst service i ever received. She continue to be rude and continued to be mean so we went to the bartender and made a complaint and he started defending her since she was his girlfriend. Very unprofessional and felt very unwanted even though we did nothing wrong. Horrible service and horrible waitress and bartender. I don’t recommend this...

One of my best recent experiences in restoration. Ordered the plate to share for 2. It comes with chicken (not even going to lie its one of the best Ive had), brisket (juicy and smoky), ribs, sausage, fries, colesaw, ranch dip (miam) and mayo. The two of us were absolutely full after such a meal. Drinks were also good but I would stick with their signature drinks, I ordered both an old fashionned which was a little disapointing and their signature cranberry vodka type drink and this was very good. Loved the calamars, the pâté de foie volaille, the beet salad with fromage de chèvre which was ordered for a party of 6 as entrés. My steak was delicious but I did not like the caesar salad. It is a whole piece of lettuce with sprinkling of sauce and capers on top of it....you seem to have to cut and mix it yourself. I did not eat it...too...
