Basha — Restaurant in Montreal

If your new to Mediterranean cuisine, this shouldn't be your first stop. I went there when it first opened last year, but haven't been back since.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the decor is nice, but the quality didn't meet the expectations considering this is supposed to be a franchise.

Perhaps the food has gotten better since, but like many people I know who been there, we never went back.

J'ai récemment commandé à emporter chez Basha, et malheureusement, l'expérience a été très décevante. Lorsque je suis allé chercher ma commande, le service était non seulement froid, mais aussi très peu professionnel. Le personnel semblait irrité et pressé, et le manque de courtoisie était flagrant.

Un des aspects les plus troublants est que la personne qui m'a servi semblait avoir consommé du cannabis avant de travailler. Cela se voyait dans son comportement désinvolte et sa lenteur à préparer ma commande. Cela m'a vraiment laissé une mauvaise impression, car je pense qu'il est essentiel d'avoir un personnel attentif et respectueux dans un cadre de restauration, même pour des commandes à emporter.
