Five stars for the ice cream. So many delicious flavours. They have hard ice cream only and it is delicious. It is also very expensive. Their small sundae has one ball- the size of the inside of the scooper! 6.29$. It’s hilarious how small it is and how expensive. The service was good in that we eventually got what we asked for. Our order was for two small sundaes to go. I could tell that this information wasn’t reaching my audience, so I said it several times. She made one to stay and one to go. We were an adult and child. Our experience at this location was really disappointing. The worker/owner was not sanitary at all, he picked up ice cream that had fallen on the counter with his fingers and ate it in front of us. His jacket kept touching the tubs, and he stopped mid-service to answer a personal phone call and have a full conversation while we just stood there waiting. On top of that, the scoops were small and poorly served compared to other Baskin Robbins locations.My friend got ice cream with a regular cone, and he didn't even bother placing the ice cream properly, pieces were falling off before we even...

Second time we've had an issue with over charging. We ordered 3 single scoops and one double and got charged the same price as for the 2 scoops. Once we asked them to explain the charges they claimed they were fine. I had them zero out and start again one by one and indeed they had charged too much. Be careful and ask for the receipt. Mistakes can happen but it has happened to us twice on two different occasions while ordering the same thing. Also they are not the friendliest when you confront them...
