Unsanitary, overpriced and ignorant staff. They’re located inside a hospital!

The person handling my food keeps touching my sandwich to see if it’s warm with her bare and unwashed hands. Then proceeds to use the thongs to place it in the bag to give it to me??? We can see and hear everything as customers.

The person who took my order was a dark-skinned lady, she was very sweet. But the rest of the staff are fake, rude and very sarcastic! I came during rush hour and there’s lack of communication amongst everyone. The orders are being misheard and the atmosphere is such a mess. They keep counting their tips/exchanging it instead of focusing on the customer line up… they need a screen to keep up with the orders since their focus is always on the TIPS,TIPS,TIPS. See for yourself how fake they speak to you. It’s hard to explain, you have to experience it.

Sandwiches are overpriced! Unpleasant taste.

Start your day with RUDE AND SARCASTIC STAFF. This morning, I was in the line and there was a pregnant lady who asked for her croissant warmed up and the staff in the back laughed at her. Mocking her in french saying "Faudra la metre sur la cèdre" referring to the croissant (the staff with blond hair/raspy voice & wearing a hat said this) I think she was the manager, since she does inventory (WOW). I even saw the customer GAVE TIPS....Undeserved really.

The other customers before the lady had their croissant warmed and no one said anything.
